Education has been the focus of all circles of society,and the obligation education has become one of the main directions of various researchers.With the improvement of people's living standard,people also pay attention to the students' performance in primary school,and the class leaders have become a focus of attention.During the primary school pupils with their unique skills or school performance become a class leader,this not only improved their sense of honor,but also improve their management ability.In this research the author discusses the growth process of the monitor's role of the class in the primary school in the form of narration,and focuses on the actual situation of the primary school in the narration process,and restore the specific characters' growth story through narration and analysis.Through this analysis,we find out the deficiencies in the class management of primary school,and conduct in depth research on them,providing valuable theoretical basis for the cultivation of class cadres and the construction of class management.In this study,there are four main parts.In the first part,the research design is discussed and analyzed in detail.The research design includes research methods and object selection,access to field and data collection,and so on.In the second part,the author gives a detailed account of the character growth process of the protagonist,from all kinds of education she received during her kindergarten period to her experiences during her tenure as a class leader.In the process of narration,several important symbolic events in the development of the protagonist's character are discussed and analyzed in detail.In the third part in order to present a more objective and stereoscopic class leader role,so I collected the multiple perspectives and analysis of the research object,and carried on the thorough research and analysis,and combining with the research object of myself comprehensive considerations.In the last part,I hope to reflect and analyze the growth steps of the cadre role in the current system through the perspective of role theory,and analyze how the role of the primary class cadre should be properly grown from three aspects: role orientation,role learning ability and role value orientation.
