| Although China’s women’s marathon training mode has been trying hard to break through and innovate,However,there is still a certain gap with the world’s elite women marathon runners.Although the excellent marathon coaches will make appropriate technical and tactical arrangements for the athletes before the competition,due to the lack of scientific competition data guidance,In particular,there is a lack of relevant research data on the segmental results of world elite women marathonists on the overall results.Therefore,there is a lack of specific theoretical basis for the guidance of marathoners.The requirements for one’s physical fitness are high.In order to get the best results,we must not only have good physical quality,but also have a good physical distribution structure in the competition,so long as through scientific training,we can reasonably control the competition speed in the competition.Therefore,in the study,from the point of view of speed distribution,through the comparative analysis of women marathon athletes at different levels in large-scale events,This paper sums up the relationship between the speed distribution law of high level women marathon runners and the segmental performance in each stage,and sets up a scientific physical fitness distribution model for Chinese women marathon runners,and promotes the women in our country.With the continuous improvement of marathon athletes’competitive level,more outstanding results are created in the competition.According to the needs of the research plan and content,the research is carried out by using the methods of literature and experiment.The results show that:(1)the speed distribution of the high-level women marathon runners in the race is fairly uniform,basically completing the entire course at a uniform speed.This is the most energy saving physical distribution method,and it is also an important guarantee for achieving the best results in the race.It conforms to the law of speed change of marathon and is helpful for marathon runners to give play to their best level and is the best way of speed distribution.(2)the speed of the low level women marathon athletes at the beginning of the race is too fast,which leads to excessive energy consumption,slow speed increase in the second half of the race,unreasonable speed distribution in the sprint stage,and large fluctuation of the segmental results.It is difficult to get good results because of the negative effect on the total result.Experimental studies show that young marathoners are trained according to the speed distribution of high-level athletes in different segments.It has a positive effect on improving the segmental performance and competition result of the junior marathoners and the second class athletes. |
