| As the fundamental task of education and the basis for the establishment of higher education,much emphasis has been laid on virtue in cultivating talents of high moral standards.As a kind of moral cultivation and values,integrity always guides people’s value orientation and leads the formation of social integrity.As an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,integrity education is an important approach for universities to implement the cultivation of core socialist values,it is a pragmatic move for colleges and universities to implement the basic tasks of cultivating talents of high moral standards,and it is a realistic need to create a integrity society.As an interdisciplinary theory,moral internalization breaks the disciplinary boundaries and blends multidisciplinary theory together,focusing on people’s cognition,behavior,morality and emotion and having been gaining the attention of many scholars at home and abroad.Examining the integrity education in universities through the perspective of moral internalization has a strong practical significance.In the view of moral internalization,there are still some problems in the integrity education in universities,namely the subject,the object,the carrier and the internal environment,the lack of integrity awareness,the incompleteness of the object,the impoverishment of carrier form,the lack of internal environment are all manifestations to it.The reasons are mainly the diminishing of initiation and enthusiasm of the internalized subject,the unity and era of the internalized object,the innovation and novelty of the internalization carrier,the normative and linkage of the internalization environment.To promote the integrity education in university under the perspective of moral internalization,we must follow the conception that educators must receive education first,taking the leadership of colleges and universities after that teachers and college students then serve as the internalization subjects of integrity education.Among them,the education of leaderships in colleges and universities is the key to integrity education,teachers’ education is the guarantee of integrity education while college students’ education is the purpose.Based on that,we must consider the four elements,the subject,the object,the carrier and the internal environment.In terms of establishing internalizing objects,the theoretical cognition of the leadership cadres in universities should be strengthened;the theory of teachers’ integrity should be strengthened;and the theoretical cognition of college students’ integrity self-cultivation should be consolidated.In the mobilization of the main body of internalization,leading cadres of universities to self-education;enhance teacher integrity and self-consciousness;play college students subjective initiative.In the aspect of enriching internalized carriers,the leading cadres will be warned to educate and supervise educational activities to enrich thematic education activities;integrate teacher education forms,combine general education with typical model education,and combine ideological education with strict management;innovate college students’ First class,Second class and Third class of education.In improving the internal environment,we must play a supervisory role in a clean and honest environment,create awork atmosphere that promotes integrity education,and combine the educational efforts of university students to cultivate their integrity.To promote the integrity education in university under the perspective of moral internalization,on the one hand,can be accomplished through the law of internalization of morality to explore the specific path of integrity education for university leaders,teachers and college students and to improve their integrity.On the other hand,improving the integrity of college students by promoting the integrity of leaderships and teachers is beneficial to the overall promotion of integrity education and enhance the effective of integrity education in colleges and universities. |
