Research On The Service Of The Professional Social Workers In The Plight Of Children

In recent years,along with violations of children’s rights continue to occur,the plight of children has aroused widespread concern in government and academia and also sparked public doubts about our country’s plight of children service.Taking social hot events as the guidance and relying on the internship program,i service to the children.Through literature research,participant observation and interviews,I analyze the causes and state of the plight of children,try to use the professional social work methods to intervene the plight of children.And put forward some suggestions in the intervention process.First of all,based on the biological and ecological model of Charles Zastrow as the entry point,the study analyzes the causes of the plight of children from the macroscopic,middle and macro system.In the micro system,children’s physical and mental health factors is the most direct factors in the plight;In the middle system,Lack of support in the family and school system is the most important influence factors;In the macro system,lack of service system is an important influence factors.Secondly,The author analyzes the state of the plight of children with M street before the intervention of the L institution project from two aspects of administrative department and social organization.Thirdly,in order to explain the role of professional social workers in the service of the plight of children,this article selects the B1 case of the project service and applies to professional methods and techniques in social work from the theory of ecological system to coordinate various resources to promote children’s overall health growth.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems encountered by the professional social workers in the service of the plight of children,namely:improve the professional ability in clinical practice;broadening the way of the social work intervention in the service of the plight of children;establishing an effective system for the plight of children.
