Experimental Research On The Fitness Intervention Influence On Some Constitutional Indexes Of Obese Adults

Objective: To explore the effect of "resistance training + aerobic exercise +stretching exercise" on some of the physical fitness indicators of the subjects,and to provide a scientific and effective method for obesity adults to control weight and lose weight.Methods: Ten male obese men and 10 females(BMI>28kg/m2)were selected as the experimental group in a gymnasium in Wuhan.10 males and 10 females were active in sports and physical sciences at Wuhan Sports Institute(18.5kg/m2<BMI<23.9kg/m2).For the control group,the experimental group was subjected to a three-month fitness intervention of "resistance training + aerobic exercise + stretching exercises".Measure body shape,body function and physical quality before and after intervention,including height(cm),weight(kg),BMI(kg/m2),chest circumference(cm),waist circumference(cm),hip circumference(cm),waist Hip Ratio,Scapular Skinfold Thickness(mm),Triceps Thickness(mm),Abdominal Skinfold Thickness(mm),Percent Body Fat,Vital Capacity(L),Relative Maximum Oxygen Uptake(ml/kg /min),maximum heart rate(mins/min),response time(s),grip strength(kg),sitting body flexion(cm),closed eye standing on one foot(s).The test data was entered into Excel 2003.SPSS 19.0 was used to collate and analyze the data of the indicators measured before and after the intervention.Results:1)Before intervention,body weight,BMI,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,scapular skin fold thickness,triceps skin fold thickness,abdominal fold thickness,body fat percentage,vital capacity,and grip force in the experimental group The indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.01.The relative maximal oxygen uptake was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The maximum heart rate,seated body forward flexion,and closed eye single leg standing time index were significantly smaller than the control group,P<0.01.There was no significant difference in the index between the control group and the experimental group when selecting the reaction,P>0.05.2)After the fitness intervention,the differences of body weight,BMI,chest circumference,hip circumference,triceps skin fold thickness,and abdominal fold thickness between the experimental group and the control group weresignificantly smaller than before the intervention,P<0.01,percent body fat.The difference in waist fold,waist-hip ratio,waist circumference,and scapular skinfold thickness was significantly smaller than before intervention,P<0.05;the difference in lung capacity,seated body forward flexion,and closed eye single leg was significantly greater than before intervention,P<0.05;Oxygen uptake,maximum heart rate,response to selection,and grip strength indicators showed an improvement trend,but there was no significant change.3)After intervention,obese men's body weight,BMI,percentage of body fat,chest circumference,hip circumference,scapular skin fold thickness,degree of triceps skin fold were less than before intervention,P<0.05,waist circumference,abdominal fold thickness Less than before intervention,P<0.01,lung capacity before intervention,P<0.01,seated body flexion and closed eyes standing time before the intervention was greater than before intervention,P<0.05,waist-to-hip ratio,relative maximum oxygen uptake,maximum heart rate,There was no significant change in the change of grip index when selecting the reaction,P>0.05.After intervention,the body weight,BMI,chest circumference,hip circumference,scapular skin fold thickness,and triceps skinfold thickness of obese women were smaller than before intervention,P<0.05.Waist circumference and abdominal fold were significantly smaller than before intervention,P<0.01.,Pulmonary vital capacity was higher than before intervention,P<0.01,seated body flexion and closed eyes standing time was greater than before intervention,P<0.05,percent body fat,waist-hip ratio,relative maximum oxygen uptake,maximum heart rate,response to selection There was no significant change in the change of grip strength index at the time and P>0.05.Obesity men had better weight gain than obese women after intervention,P<0.05,the improvement of vital capacity of obese men was significantly better than that of women(P<0.05).Obese and obese women BMI,percent body fat,waist-to-hip ratio,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,scapular skin fold thickness,triceps skin fold thickness,abdomen skin fold thickness,relative maximum oxygen uptake,maximum heart rate There was no gender difference in the choice of response,grip strength,flexion of the sitting body,and improvement of the closed eye standing index,P>0.05.Conclusion: 1)After three months of "anti-restraint training + aerobic exercise +stretching exercises" fitness intervention,the body weight and vital capacity indicators of obese men were better than those of obese women.2)After fitness intervention,the body shape,physical function and physical fitness of obese adults were significantly improved.This shows that this fitness program can be used as an effective intervention model for exercise to lose weight.This intervention program has a positive impact on physical function and physical fitness of obese people.
