In high school,academic pressure is often greater,and extracurricular time for high school students often becomes an extension of classroom teaching.Experts believe that what Chinese high school students do after school hours is still related to education.Faced with fierce competition for higher education,high school students generally lack leisure time and appear to be “playing”.Extra-curricular life has deviated from the value goal,high school students have experienced some problems,and it is difficult to recover from exhausted learning.This is a vicious circle of long-lasting war of attrition in high schools.In addition to reading,other activities and creative abilities are not properly developed.Therefore,high school students in China urgently need the education and guidance of extracurricular life.In other words,high school students urgently need to learn how to rest and carry out extra-curricular activities to help themselves develop in all aspects of the golden age of youth.From the perspective of high school students' routine study and life time allocation,this study helps to understand the learning potential,hobbies,life planning and future development of senior high school students.Teaching reform and improving the quality of education and teaching have an important impact.Based on the existing research results of senior high school students' extra-curricular life,this article makes use of questionnaire,interviews and observation methods of extracurricular life in senior high school.The survey includes the use of extracurricular time,extracurricular activities,schools,families and society,The impact of students 'extracurricular life,the students' understanding and expectation of after-school life,and then the above survey information was also collected.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey results,this paper compares the differences of extracurricular activities among students of different genders and families,finds out the existing problems in senior high school students' extracurricular life,and finds out some existing problems: the extra-curricular time is mainly occupied by learning,extracurricular activities The content is more monotonous,the blindness and autism of after-hours utilization,the psychological crisis in the use of after-school time,and the extracurricular activities of adults.Through the analysis of the survey results,I found out the reasons for the problems of high school students' extracurricular activities from the aspects of society,institution,school,family and students.Finally,I summarize the related documents to collect and analyze the survey results.In view of the problems that arise,the corresponding constructive measures are put forward from four aspects: society,school,family and students themselves: the community creates a good environment,the family is an example,the school advocates and regulates and enhances the self-management ability of senior high school students in their spare time.The education and guidance of extracurricular time schedules for high school students in Yunnan should ensure that students' extracurricular time is managed scientifically and reasonably,and that they can promote student growth.This paper presents a solution to the situation of a certain secondary school and has certain significance.
