| Vocational education plays an important role in implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening China through talents.Energetically developing vocational education can greatly promote economic development,improve people’s livelihood,and optimize employment.It is the key to alleviating the contradiction between labor supply and demand.Yunnan minority areas mainly refer to 8 ethnic autonomous prefectures and 29 ethnic autonomous counties in Yunnan.The development goals play an important normative and guiding role in the development of secondary vocational schools.Under the guidance of the objectives,the implementation of a correct and effective development path is of great significance for the development of secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation and consulting of the data,this paper sorts out and analyzes the development goals of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas,and discusses the problems in the development of secondary vocational schools.Based on the special situation of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas and the vocational education policy plan of Yunnan Province,the goal of the construction of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas is to be established.Finally,it explores the path choices to achieve the development goals of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas from the three levels of government,school and society.This study uses the literature method and interview survey method to analyze the types of texts of the development targets of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas,the shortcomings in the textual expressions,and the problems in the development of secondary vocational schools,combining the economic and social development in Yunnan minority areas.The actual and related vocational education policies put forward the overall goal of the development of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan ethnic minority areas is to cultivate a person with good moral character,physical and mental health,and skilled technical skills.as the fundamental,to serve the local economic and social development as the purpose,to take the full employment of students as the guide,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of education For the purpose of improving service capabilities,we will further promote “integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,” and cultivate high-quality laborers and skilled talents with comprehensive professional abilities such as scientific and cultural knowledge and skilled professional skills.In order to achieve this development goal,the author mainly proposes its development path from the three levels of government,school and society.First,give full play to the leading role of the government and do a good job in the development of the conditions for the development of secondary vocational schools.Second,give play to the role of secondary vocational schools as the mainstay of the development of secondary vocational schools.Finally,play a part in the participation of society and create a good environment for the development of secondary vocational schools. |
