With the rapid development of the concept of diversification,in the background of advocating “student centered” education concept,the original classroom teaching with large capacity and long time could not further promote the improvement of students' autonomy.As a form of information expression,micro lesson has the advantages of real scene,flexible form,prominent themes,strong interaction,dynamic generation,and short and vigorous.It has the characteristics of concretion to satisfy students' independent and individualized learning.The application of microlecture in teaching has been greatly improved in quantity,type and utilization rate.In order to better explore the effectiveness of microlecture-assisted teaching in high school biology teaching,questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interview and literature analysis were performed in a case analysis within the scope of some biology teachers,and students they taught,in Liyang city of Jiangsu province.First of all,current situations in the design and management of some high schools in the teaching of biological microlectures were understood,by means of referring to a variety of micro class teaching,high school biology microcourse teaching and other related data,and visiting Liyang high schools.Also,we put forward a series of biological microlecture-assisted teaching methods in the high school biology teaching.In the course of the application of the course,the deficiency of the target object psychology,the content design and the application technology of the target object were proposed.It puts forward the design method of the assisted teaching of biological microlectures,which take the students as the main body,highlight the scientific content design and highlight the education science and art,and teach the new class,the breakthroughs of difficult points,the exercises and the review.Four classes of biological microteaching aided teaching process are used to analyze the application methods and procedures of microlecture-assisted biology instruction.It is expected that the core literacy of students can be improved through the study of the application of biology micro teaching.
