With the deepening of new curriculum reform and the rapid development of informa-tion technology,microlecture has become the high-quality curriculum resources because it is intuitive,can highlight key,convenient and flexible and can adapt to a variety of char-acteristics of the new teaching mode,microlecture is popular and welcome with the front-line teachers and gradually promotes the use of teaching in class.However,the existing biological microlecture resources exist limitations in design and production,cause that the good microlecture and bad microlecture is intermingled and the application rate is low.Therefore,this research is on the basis of the high school biology teachers' designing and producing microlecture situation investigation,takes the audio and visual psychology and working memory theory as the theoretical basis,uses the method of contrasting excellent microlecture resource,carries out research on the optimization strategy of high school biology microlecture design and production and summarizes the optimization strategy of high school biology microlecture design and production from the aspect of topic selection and information presentation form.Finally,the validity check result of the optimization strategy of high school biology microlecture design and production proves that the design and production of high school biology class of optimization strategy is effective.
