The Spirit Of University In The Era Of Innovation And The Reform Of Talents Training Mode In Colleges And Universities

Driven by the tide of China’s economy entering the "new normal",the social and economic structure is changing from the middle and low end technology to the middle and high level,a nationwide "creation movement" is rising.Society’s respect for innovation and creation has reached unprecedented heights,and it is urgently needed for"innovative customers".As the power station of the society,the University shoulders the mission of delivering talents for the society,and the present university has trained too many "learning hegemony" talents,which is insufficient for the training of "creative"talents.The idea of cultivating talents is included in the spirit of University.The spirit of university leads the direction of the training of talents in Colleges and universities,which profoundly affects the goal,process and result of talent training.It also needs to keep pace with the times for the spirit of the university itself,so creating era calls for new university spirit.Each era focuses on the different aspects of university spirit.Based on the perspective of talent cultivation,this paper analyzes and compares the university spirit of "Newman route","Humboldt route" and "Whitehead route",and thinks that"craftsman spirit" which absorbs the essence of Whitehead’s philosophy of process is the most suitable spokesman for the new university spirit in age of creation.It is necessary to explain that the spirit of the university itself is a rich and extensive concept with a high concentration,and the "craftsman spirit" is more from the experience and the factual level.Therefore,the "craftsman spirit" cannot be directly used as the spirit of the"creation time" of the University,and must be upgraded to a certain extent.It is to absorb Whitehead’s essence of "process philosophy".After the transformation of the "process philosophy",the new "craftsman spirit" embodies the four basic principles of "process,creation,aesthetic and overall harmony",which is most suitable for "image spokesmen"of the new university spirit in age of creation.The new university spirit also brings inspiration to the reform of the current mode of university personnel training.On the one hand,it reflects on the current university education.On the number of talents training,there is a shortage in maker training but a surplus in super scholar training.Universities pursue scientific truth and reflective truth.The University emphasizes discipline logic and acceptance learning.The university has a single way of evaluating students:blind worship of exams.On the other hand,it brings about the improvement of current university education.We need to transform from "learning tyrants" to "creating customers" in training objectives.On the way of talent training,we should learn from Li Kaifu’s innovative dream factory’s training mode.In the teaching process,we should emphasize the transformation from "accepting learning" to "discovering learning" and the application of knowledge.To evaluate students,we should break the blind worship of examinations and advocate diversified and individualized evaluation.
