Nowadays,our country's prosperity needs the devoted talents while talents training needs the educators who are willing to serve the roots.To improve the level of the educators serving the roots depends on the emphasis which our country puts on the teachers' professional improvement.However,the teachers' professional improvement shows a continual and gradual process,which is a requirement for a new chemical teacher and his whole career.For now,the unbalance of the teachers' professional improvement has been a main factor influencing the quality of teaching,so how to promote the teachers' professional improvement effectively has been a hot topic.Lesson-based study is a teaching activity which closely connects the teaching theory with teaching practice.It studies the normal class and requires the teachers to form a team to plan,discuss,teaching,observe and correct a special class over and over again together.The point of lesson-based study not only makes the teachers understand the content of the teaching clearly to combine the teaching theory with teaching practice,but also benefits the teachers who can rethink the teaching methods in the complex and changeable teaching process to improve the teachers' self teaching level.According to reading and analysis literature,learning about the state,the concept and the characters of lesson-based study at home and abroad,combing some theories,put forward some advantages about how lesson-based study help to promote the teachers' professional improvement,such as: being based on the class;attaching importance to combing theory and practice;forming communicate platform;getting rid of administrative intervention.Besides,I come up with the measures for the obstacles during the process of lesson-based study,such as: take advantage of the internet to construct the platform to communicate and share;seek for the school's support,perfect the training principle and manage the teaching;form the study group based on normal class;make plans to improve the new chemical teachers' professional improvement in practice.After improving the teaching,combing the subject characters of chemical,referring to the general teaching mode and choosing different teaching levels teachers put the lesson-based study into effect..During the process,record the data.Taking advantage of questionnaire and interview gets the point where lesson-based study improves the new chemical teachers' professional improvement.In addition,on the basis of survey I conclude the obstacles which stop the new chemical teachers' professional improvement.
