The eighth elementary education curriculum reform has entered the stage of deepening,and it for front-line biology teachers put forward higher request.Therefore,how to effectively promote biology teachers' professional development becomes a hot topic in recent years.Lesson study,meanwhile,begans to come into the mind of the people.As a new way to teachers' professional development,it makes up for the defect of traditional school-based teaching and research.It also sets up a bridge between in the "theory" and "practice study".In addition,lesson study can promot the growth of the teachers effectively.On the basis of literature review,this study chooses a lesson study carrying out by C high school biology teachers as the research object and uses case study as research method.Through the whole of the observation,information coding and text analysis,this study gets a preliminary conclusion of the specific effect of biology teachers' professional development by lesson study embodies in the following aspects:The first,the idea of teachers' professional(generate the education consciousness,implement the concept of "student-oriented",form a team cooperation consciousness,establish consciousness of lifelong learning);The second,the teachers' professional knowledge(refine the education teaching knowledge;deepen the project teaching knowledge;externalization teachers' tacit knowledge);The third,teachers' professional ability(enhance the professional skills of teaching,develop ability of educational evaluation,promote reflection ability).At the same time,through a detailed description about the case and sorting data,combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,we get a conlusion that lesson study to promote biology teachers' professional development is the power of the following three aspects: paying attention to practical knowledge,shifting the research focus to students,building result showing platform.Finally,based on observation by myself and teacher's interviews,there are four obstacles to promote teachers' professional development by lesson study:restriction of conventional teaching activities,lack of theoretical guidance,lack of practical application and platform to share the rich experience.To solve above problems,this study puts forward the countermeasures.The purpose is to eliminate obstacles andoptimazate the effect of lesson study.Specific measures include three aspects.(1)School: intensify support and promote research to carriy out regularly;(2)Guidence: improve the biology teacher training system and ensure that the effective guidance;(3)Management: reduce the excessive administrative intervention and arouse the subject consciousness of the biology teachers;(4)Platform: use the network information technology to build a Shared platform.
