Cheerleading In The Status Quo Of Research In Middle Schools In Qianjiang ChongQing

Cheerleading is an energetic and passionate new sports,which combines competition,artistry,fitness and ornamental.Compared with traditional sports,Cheerleading has more passion and vitality,in addition its content is more diversified,more inclusive.With the promotion of "football cheerleading into the campus",more and more students love cheerleading.Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire,personal interview and mathematical statistics,the status of Cheerleading was randomly investigated on teachers,leaders and students in 13 middle schools including 9 junior middle schools and 4 junior middle schools in Qianjiang District of Chongqing.From the aspects of school teaching,student cognition,teachers' situation and the competition items organized by Qianjiang District,this paper will conduct in-depth and scientific analysis of the development status of Cheerleading and the factors influencing the slow development of Cheerleading in Qianjiang District,and put forward suggestions for improvement,aiming at providing references for relevant workers and promoting the long-term development of Cheerleading in Qianjiang district.Result:(1)Cheerleading teaching content in Qianjiang District is single,only dance cheerleading,and skill cheerleading does not carry out;the instructional mode is short-term extracurricular training whose purpose is competition.(2)In Qianjiang District,cheerleading special;most of them are professional dance teachers associated with cheerleading.accounting for 3%(3)Leaders and students do not pay much attention to cheerleading,.The main way for students to understand cheerleading is mainly by the propaganda of the sports teacher and the school cheerleaders.(4)In the cheerleading competition of Qianjiang District,participation teams are only limited to the district and county,and its level is relatively low.In addition,competition routines are fixed,which leads to a single content.The popularity rate of cheerleading is very low.Besides,there is no long-term planning for the development and promotion of cheerleading,and the management of the competition is poor.Generally there are more girls than boys in cheerleading participants.(5)Cheerleading training and competition funding sources are too small,more source is self commitment,resulting in poor initiative of teachers and students.(6)Qianjiang district is the only minority characteristic area in Chongqing,the movement of national dance is simple and easy to learn,the rhythm is slow,and the popularity is high.Although students can accept cheerleading,the number of students participating in cheerleading training is not much.Suggestions:(1)The relevant departments should strengthen the attention and support of Cheerleading movement.(2)Combine the popularity and competition of cheerleading,strengthen regional cooperation;(3)open up a green channel for sustainable development,connect educational resources,improve the allocation mode of school enrollment plan.Meanwhile schools should set up the joint training mode of the cheerleading feature,let cheerleading go into the classroom and make a long-term and reasonable plan and evaluation method to motivate students to learn.(4)Introduce or cultivate more cheerleading professional teachers,improve teachers' level;provide training venues and other requirements as far as possible,develop pluralisticly and seek funding from multiple channels.(5)We should apply the actions,music,costumes,patterns and props of ethnic cultural projects to the cheerleading arrangement,and try to get more students to participate in cheerleading.
