Investigation And Countermeasures On The Current Situation Of High School Cheerleading In Xuhui District, Shanghai

In the early 1980 s,cheerleading began to spread around the world.In a short period of time,they were favored by teenagers and college students from all over the world.Cheerleading is an emerging sports program in China.In 1998,some scholars introduced it into China.Since 2000,cheerleading experts from Japan and the United States have been invited to give lectures in China and further promoted the development of the cheerleading game in China..In 2001,the success of the first Cheerleading World Championships made the cheerleading project a worldwide sport.In 2008,the Gymnastics Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China segregated the cheering competition from the skill program and successfully held the first National Cheerleading Championship.At this stage,under the new situation in which the National Sports General Administration and the National Cheerleading Committee promote cheerleading in the country's elementary and middle schools and even universities,cheerleaders are deeply loved by students.With the rapid development of cheerleading in China and Shanghai,the development of cheering in Shanghai's middle schools is also relatively rapid.This study is planned to be held in Shanghai Xuhui District High School Shanghai Foreign Languages ??and Business Schools,Zizhuyuan Middle School,Southwest Model Middle School,South West Weiyu Middle School,East China University of Science and Technology Affiliated High School,Shanghai Middle School,Nanyang Middle School,No.2 Middle School and Nanyang Model Middle School.Conduct a survey on the current status of operations,and comprehensively use methods such as literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics.From teachers,students,venues and equipment,music use and formation changes,cheerleading teaching content and teaching documents.In addition,the Cheerleading Sports Team made a preliminary analysis of the promotion of cheerleading in Xuhui District of Shanghai in high school and strived to provide a certain reference for the promotion of cheerleading on campus.At the same time,feedback on the school's cheering work,discovering inadequacies,and summing up valuable experiences.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Cheerleading in Shanghai Xuhui district high school to carry out the statusquo is poor,mainly manifested in: to carry out a single form,to carry out a short period of time;Cheerleading teaching mode is lack of scientific;Teaching content is given priority to with dance cheerleading,cheerleading skills to carry out low rate;The frequency and time of teaching are not guaranteed because of the influence of cultural courses;Cheerleading sports team's participation frequency is less,the level is low;Cheerleading teaching site equipment condition is poor;For cheerleading to carry out insufficient funds,the incentive system for coaches and athletes is not perfect;Cheerleading in Shanghai Xuhui district high school propaganda strength is low,the leadership of cheerleading attention is not high.2.Cheerleading special teachers age structure is reasonable,but the proportion of men and women is seriously unbalanced,the level of special skills is uneven,and the lack of special training opportunities;Study cheerleading students gender ratio difference is bigger and the degree of love for cheerleading is also different,but through cheerleading learning,students in all aspects of ability has been improved to varying degrees.3.Cheerleading teaching content is rich,easy degree is appropriate,but schools do not have a unified teaching content,and there is no unified standard,teaching method is single,lack of the use of competition method;The degree of attention to teaching documents is not enough,teaching research activities are insufficient.4.Most of the 9 high schools in Xuhui district of Shanghai have problems with venue equipment,such as no indoor venues,lack of professional cheerleading props and so on.But the basic teaching conditions can be met,and teachers' safety awareness is strong,the student injury rate is low.5.The main factors that influence the cheerleading of Shanghai Xuhui district high school are: teacher factor,student factor,venue equipment factor and music atmosphere factor.
