| Children’s crying behavior is a manifestation of children’s social language,which involves the development of children’s interpersonal and social adaptability.the crying behavior of children is more easily observed by teachers.The effective response of teachers can not only soothe children’s emotions,change the expression of children’s bad mood,but also help to form a good relationship between teachers and children.In this study,a middle class of children and teachers was selected from two public kindergartens(K Park and H Park)in Wuhan.The response behavior of 4 teachers in the K garden was observed for a period of 3 months.The response behavior of 2 teachers in the H garden was observed for a period of 1 months,and then 93 teachers were collected to cry for children.The response strategy cases are analyzed,and the reasons and characteristics of children crying and the current situation of teachers’ response to children’s crying behavior are summarized.The study also conducted formal and informal interviews with 6 observed teachers by interview.After that,the interview was made to ensure the rich and objective interview data,and 9 teachers in the other two public kindergartens were interviewed.all interview data were coded to analyze the influencing factors of teacher response strategy.The result is this:1.the reason why children cry can be divided into:children themselves,What the teacher said did,conflicts between children and their peers.Children’s own causes are divided into physical pain,painful memory,loss of learning,learning pressure,separation anxiety,unexplained reasons;critique,oral threat,detachment,confiscation,cancellation of appropriate qualifications,open talk,and unfinished requirements;children and companions The contradiction is divided into:bodily encroachment,language violation,conflict of real right,alienation of relationship,attention and Gen Cong’s weeping.Among them,the number of children crying is the most caused by teachers’ behavior,and the number of crying causes by children themselves is the second,and finally the contradiction between children and their peers is crying.2.children weeping characteristics are:according to the length of the baby crying time,divided into more than one minute crying and two kinds of crying within a minute,teacher’s behavior caused the crying in 1 minutes in 1 minutes.The size of the sound is divided into a low cry and a loud cry,the frequency of a male child crying is higher than that of a low cry,while the frequency of a female child’s crying is not significantly different from that of a low cry.The crying scenes of the young children are divided into 8 kinds.The activity with the least frequency is over activity.3.teachers responded to children crying strategies:emotional buffer strategy,patient education strategy,transfer of attention type strategy,appeasing help strategy,threat threat strategy,criticism and blame strategy,cold treatment strategy,and neglect type strategy.the influence of teachers on children is further divided into benign,neutral and bad strategies.Among them,the benign strategies include patient education strategy,comfort type help strategy and cold treatment strategy.The neutral strategies include transfer attention strategy and emotional buffer strategy.The bad strategies include threat and threat strategy,criticism and blame strategy and neglect strategy.4.the use of teacher response strategy is in number:emotional buffer strategy is the most used,followed by patient education,followed by appeasing help type,the least number of strategies to threaten intimidation,neglecting strategy has not appeared.The attitude of teachers’ response strategy is that the proportion of teachers’ neutral attitude is larger than that of negative ones.Teachers’ response strategies were less accompanied by body movements,and the actions of appeasing were mostly focused on children’s own causes of crying.teachers can achieve better results with the combination of more neutral strategies and other benign strategies;teachers respond positively to young children with a positive attitude,and the effect is better when the teacher responds with limb movements.5.the main problems of teacher response strategy mainly focus on:Teachers’response type is single,and customary response strategy is the main way.Teachers’ own emotional control ability is low and less will reflect on response strategies;the frequency of body movements is low and response results are not optimistic;teachers respond to order to restore order.The purpose is not to focus on improving children’s abilities.6.the factors affecting teachers’ response to young children’s crying mainly include:infant factors(the frequency of crying,young children’s personality),teacher factors(teachers’ views on crying value,teachers’ ideas,),family and homestead Co breeding factors(parents’ education concept,home combination)For intimacy).the following suggestions are put forward to enhance teachers’ response to children’s crying strategies.First,correctly understand children’s crying value and advocate reasonable expression of children’s emotion.Second,pay attention to teachers’body language and use various strategies to respond comprehensively to children.Third,enhance the professionalization of teachers and enhance
