Rules are the premise to ensure children’s happy life,communication and learning,but in one-day activities,especially games,children often have some non-standard behaviors,which have a certain degree of impact on themselves or others.Therefore,teachers need to respond to and guide children’s violations in a timely manner to help them solve problems and reduce the occurrence of bad behaviors.Ensure that all activities are carried out in an orderly manner.This study mainly adopts the natural observation method supplemented by the interview method.94 children and 9 teachers from three classes of X Kindergarten in Xinyang City are taken as the research objects to record children’s illegal behaviors and teachers’ response strategies in different game situations in a real and objective way,summarize their distribution characteristics,find out the influencing factors of teachers’ irrational response strategies and propose an optimization path.The results are as follows:The violation behavior in children’s play activities in big classes can be analyzed from four aspects: the occurrence scene,the type of violation,the way of occurrence and the degree of influence.Breaking unchanging rules is more common;Children’s overall speech type violation as the main way;The effects were mostly mild.Teachers adopt two kinds of response strategies: intelligent response and irrational response,and the teachers’ response strategies are mainly intelligent response.According to different response strategies of teachers,children will have different responses,which are positive compliance,negative refusal and giving up the current activity respectively.However,children who actively comply still account for the majority.The influence factors of teachers’ irrational response strategies to children include two aspects: first,in kindergarten,the system constraints are unreasonable,the work pressure is relatively large,the incentive system is short,the training effectiveness is not strong;Second,teachers themselves,guiding concept is not scientific,relevant ability is not enough,job burnout is more serious.The optimal path of teachers’ response strategies to children’s violations is as follows:first,kindergartens should create a positive and healthy environment to reduce teachers’ working pressure,which includes three aspects: first,reasonable layout and optimization of the environment;Second,standardize the system to relieve the pressure;Three,improve the treatment,timely training.Secondly,teachers should constantly improve themselves and optimize their guiding concepts and abilities,including the following four aspects: first,respect and encourage children;Second,understand children and tolerate differences;Three,set an example,correct guidance;Fourth,continue to learn,improve ability. |
