| The coping strategies of teachers through children’s behavior to complain.Preschool children,especially young children complain behavior shift is very common.The act of children’s notice is a normal phenomenon in the process of socialization.It refers to a kind of interaction behavior between teachers and children,which is violated by children’s interests or found that their peers’ behaviors and behaviors do not conform to the requirements of kindergartens or teachers.However,in the actual work,the workload of preschool teachers is far beyond the imagination of the ordinary people,not only more and more complicated and complicated.So teachers sometimes don’t have so much energy to manage "small" things,so they ignore the children’s warning and indirectly affect the relationship between teachers and children.In the kindergarten education guidelines(Trial),it is pointed out that good teacher child relationship and peer relationship are the prerequisites for children to feel warm,happy,and establish trust and sense of safety in kindergartens and classes.This study selected three teachers in the B class of A garden in Anshan as the observation object,mainly by the natural observation method,supplemented by interview method.Combined with literature analysis and case analysis,starting from the perspective of teacher child interaction,with children complain of the case analysis,we carefully understood the complaint behavior of children.Based on the above research,a comprehensive exploration of teachers’ coping strategies.The results of the study show that:Infant complain is mostly by the plaintiff or the defendant’s infringement violations caused by children.Different teachers adopt different positive and negative coping strategies,and the result is not the same.The factors that influence teachers’ choice of coping strategies include:Teacher’s educational background,teacher’s own character,teacher’s educational experience and teacher’s education and training.So,in order to make teachers more wisdomto deal with children’s heads behavior,put forward the following suggestions: "love and respect" is the necessary premise to deal with young children complain;"tact" is the best strategy to deal with children complain;"professional quality" is a powerful guarantee to children complain;"appropriate let go" is the ultimate goal of coping children complain. |
