| Since the resumption of the college entrance examination in 1978,the college entran ce examination has been more and more valued by the society,schools and parents.It has even become a national movement.In most of China’s colleges and universities,the spor ts departments are enrolled by the mode of sports special students.Sports students mainly through the students of physical tests and college entrance examination scores of literacy class to accept the selection.Sports talents live in all senior high schools in China.The st udents who form this group are mainly students in senior one,sophomore and senior thre e.The training time is mainly concentrated in the morning and afternoon,the training pro gram is mainly around the national college entrance examination in various areas to devel op training.Therefore,avoiding and reducing the occurrence of sports injury is an import ant factor to ensure the normal training of high school PE majors,as well as a prerequisit e for improving athletic performanceThis paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire,literature,expert interviews,mathematical analysis and other research methods,selected six representative of the Daqi ng city high school(Daqing high school,middle school,iron man experimental middle sc hool,high school,fourth middle school,Daqing petroleum Dongfeng Middle School 180)track and field sports students as the research object,through questionnaires,180 questio nnaires,168 valid questionnaires,efficiency of 93.33%,combined with the characteristic s of high school students of sports training and physical development first,from the conte nt of training projects,time and injury type and site of summed up the rules and character istics of sports injury in high school track and field sports students in Daqing city.And a nalyze the causes of sports injury;secondly,teachers on how to arrange the training as so on as possible to reduce sports injury gives reasonable suggestions,such as teaching Scie nce teachers should establish training program,reasonable arrangements for training and the training intensity,guiding students to prepare activities and relaxing activities;finally,according to the project of high school track and field sports students this special sports group,analysis of sports injury prevention measures from the perspective of nutrition,me dical care.High school sports students as professional sports teams that after a rigorous selecti on and standardized training system,to achieve certain results in a short period of time,t here must be a large amount of exercise and strength training,sports injury is difficult to avoid,and how will the adverse effects of sports injury to a minimum,which is an import ant and the urgent topic.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis and pr actical guidance for the special sports group of high school sports students to carry out no rmal training after the prevention and recovery of sports injury. |
