| The current research process of developing students’ core qualities is based on the scientific procedure and methods,which are on the basis of understanding of students’ physical and mental development rules.The personalized teaching research is undoubtedly an integral part of this process.The topic of this study is The optimal Research Based on the Personalized Design of Learning Guide of High School Geography.That means that it is based on the studying of related theory and related concepts,uses the ways of data statistics and analyses according to literature,interview and questionnaire,and analyzes the elements,content,the functional defects and the causes of the problem in the current learning guide.Based on the existing guidance case,this paper puts forward the optimization principle and method of personalized high school geography "guide case".The design of the guide case of"desertification control" is an empirical analysis and design.Finally,the optimization case and the traditional case are compared and analyzed,and the teaching effect of the optimization case is further analyzed.The results show that the optimized teaching effect is obvious.The first part in the study,on the basis of relevant concepts,through interviews with senior high school geography teachers,questionnaire,analyzed the existing guide case in elements,content,teaching mode,function problems.Results show that the existing problems of guiding cases are:①learning case with homogeneity tendency,②learning case is closed,③ learning case with mechanical tendency,④teaching means overwhelmed.The reason is that ①learning case design is not in conformity with the learning of class,②the design ignore students’ personalized learning case,③lack of teachers in the design of guiding learning case design,④teaching methods and learning use case does not match.The second film in the Prevention and Control of Desertification of class 1 as an example,based on the exploratory,the chart of subjectivity,flexibility,optimize the design of the principle and the way the class 1 of the desertification prevention and control of guided learning.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the optimization guide case and the traditional guide case.The optimized guide case is more efficient than the traditional guide case,which can stimulate students’ interest in learning and reflect the individual difference of students.The third part with the major work class and ordinary students as the research object,USES the classroom observation,classroom test,statistical data analysis with the traditional way of learning more optimized case learning case teaching effect,statistical analysis results show that the optimal learning case teaching effect is better than traditional learning.It shows that the guided learning program based on personalized optimization plays a better role in guiding students’ learning and helping teachers’ teaching and completing the original teaching objectives than the original guidance case,and the optimization is meaningful.Due to the lack of research on the combination of geographical individualized teaching and guided learning,the theoretical research on the pilot case is relatively shallow,not deep enough and detailed,and further research is needed to improve it. |
