The current research process of developing students' core literacy is based on the scientific understanding of the law of students' physical and mental development and the research of scientific procedures and methods.Personalized teaching research is undoubtedly an integral part of this process.The new curriculum reform requires that "in the teaching process,teachers should pay attention to guiding students to think,analyze and explore,and cultivate students' independent thinking and independent learning.Under the guidance of teachers,students should learn actively and individually,and teachers should deal with the relationship between knowledge acquisition and ability development,so that students can learn in practice,and teachers in the whole classroom should actively interact and develop together." At present,the teaching reform of geography puts students in the main position,which requires the classroom to change from the traditional teaching centered on "teaching" to the innovative teaching centered on "learning".As a new thing,learning guidance plan is put forward by the educational circles on the basis of long-term educational practice.Because learning guidance plan has achieved good results in specific application,it is also a verification of the concept of new curriculum reform,which promotes the rapid promotion of learning guidance plan in the field of teaching.This research takes "personalized design and case study of high school geography teaching guidance plan" as the topic.Based on the elaboration of relevant theories and concepts,according to the literature,interviews and questionnaire data,using statistics and analysis methods,this paper expounds the elements and contents of the current high school geography teaching guidance plan,analyzes its functions in teaching,and finds out the existence of it And analyze the reasons of these problems.And combined with the case of high school geography teaching "prevention and control of Desertification",the paper puts forward the methods and ways to optimize the case.At last,the paper compares the optimized case with the traditional case,and further statistics the teaching effect of the optimized case.Then according to the problems found by the teachers and students,according to the requirements of the preparation and practical application of the learning guidance plan,this paper puts forward the implementation procedure of the scientific application of the learning guidance plan,and discusses the individualized teaching of the learning guidance plan in combination with the specific cases of Geography Teaching,hoping to provide a certain reference and reference for the application of the high school geography learning guidance plan.The research results show that the individualized learning guidance plan has obvious effect in high school geography teaching.It has a good effect in improving teachers' teaching ability,strengthening the communication and exchange between teachers and students,and cultivating students' independent exploration ability.At the same time,it has a good effect in cultivating students' core quality,scientific understanding and using the law of students' physical and mental development,and teaching carried out according to scientific procedures and methods On the other hand,it also has great guiding significance.Therefore,it is worth our further promotion and application.
