With the development and progress of society,the sense of responsibility has been regulating the social interpersonal relationship,affecting the social harmony and stability,and has become the most basic quality of citizens.In recent years,our country has gradually realized the importance of cultivating moral responsibility,and has made great efforts and achieved some results.However,whether academia circles or practice circles,the research object of moral responsibility education is mostly college students in our country,ignoring the cultivation of sense of responsibility for students in the low age stage,which affects the effectiveness of the cultivation of responsible citizens to a certain extent.No cultivation of attainment and quality is achieved at one stroke,especially the cultivation of sense of responsibility,which needs nurturing and nourishing from an early age.Young children are in the initial stage of life,at the first level of ideological and political enlightenment,and in the formation period of moral personality,when the sense of responsibility education for them will be twice the result of half the effort.Besides,the sense of self-responsibility is the foundation of sense of social responsibility.So the cultivation of sense of responsibility needs to start from its basic point--the cultivation of self-responsibility.Based on this,the author has deep thought and research on the cultivation of children’s sense of self-responsibility.On the basis of combing and analyzing concept and connotation of responsibility,sense of responsibility and sense of self-responsibility,children’s sense of self-responsibility,this paper discusses the connotation of children’s sense of self-responsibility——self-love,self-care,self-discipline,confidence,self-improvement,and establishes the theory of Maslow’ hierarchy of needs theory and Jean Peaget’s moral cognition development theory as the theoretical support of this research.In addition,in order to understand the level and current situation of children’s sense of self-responsibility and explore the characteristics of their development,the author carried out a questionnaire survey and interviews with the students and teachers at two primary schools in Henan Province.And the authors used the SPSS software to statistics and analyze the questionnaire.It is found that the overall situation of children’s self-responsibility is good;the development of all dimensions of self-responsibility is unbalanced;the development of the sense of self-responsibility and the general level of the class cadres are better than those of the ordinary students;the level of self-responsibility of the girls is higher than that of the boys;and the development level of children’s sense of self-responsibility increases with the increasing of grade.On the basis of this,the author makes an attribution analysis,such as the lack of positive and good companionship,the deviation of the goal and way of family education,the dislocation of the school self-responsibility education and the influence of the harmful social and cultural concept so on.Combined with the problems presented in the questionnaire survey and the connotation of the sense of children’s self-responsibility and related theories,the author starts from the age characteristics of children and each dimension of the sense of self-responsibility,thinks about the relevant countermeasures,and puts forward the following aspects to cultivate children’s sense of self-responsibility: based on the main body of self-responsibility;solidifying the foundation of family cultivation;consolidating the main position of school cultivation;optimizing the environment of social cultivation.
