As one of the means of evaluation,college entrance examination is the main way to select and convey talents for colleges and universities.Biology as one of the examination subjects,to a certain extent,promoted the selection of the college entrance examination.A new round of curriculum improvement reflects the country's institutional level,the full affirmation and high concern of the college entrance examination.Genetics is one of the core courses of biological basis,improve quality,modern genetics is an important approach to improve the students' literacy for biology,is to promote students' overall development and implementation of quality education important constituent,is the urgent demand of social development.This study chose the 2013-2017 the college entrance examination genetics,riverside school of xi'an iron 200 students of grade three sample test questions,sampling investigation,from the perspective of core accomplishment of genetics in the college entrance examination questions,the following conclusions.(1)by comparing with biology core connotation of the literacy and docking,mining genetics questions implicit in the biological science literacy,mainly includes curriculum(2017 version)referred to in the biological sciences core literacy.Among them,the most cultivated qualities are scientific thinking and scientific inquiry,followed by the concept of life,and social responsibility is relatively weak in the test.Genetics is the module of high school biology,which requires the highest level of logical thinking and inquiry ability.Therefore,the investigation of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry is much more.(2)In previous years,the genetic test of the college entrance examination and the new curriculum reform suggested that the biological core quality is highly compatible,it indicates that the direction of the high test questions is consistent with the evaluation direction of academic level based on core accomplishment.(3)the college entrance examination has paid more and more attention to the investigation of the basic quality of the students' genetics courses,and the examination methods are varied.From 2013 to 2017,the frequency of the genetic problems of the college entrance examination is 100%,and the structure of the test questions is gradually stable,and the difficulty is increasing.The overall characteristic is the occurrence frequency is high,the cent value is more,the examination knowledge scope is wide,the topic is difficult.The test point knowledge is close to the teaching material,which is comprehensive and informative,with a wide range of propositional materials and a variety of presenting methods,with a high degree of novelty.(4)high school biology teachers should be clear in the teaching process through the interpretation of the genetic knowledge,improve the students' life and learning literacy content,genetic types and characteristics of Mendel's law,experiment design,an extension of the genetic law application,biological genetic makeup,common human genetic diseases and genetic and characteristics,probability calculation,the mating type selection,genetic variation types and applications,hypothesis deductive method,sex linkage,meiosis,lethal effect principle,breeding methods and basis,the history of science experiments,the relationship between character and genotype and environment.And different present frequency during the exam,genetic law knowledge inspection frequency is highest,the second is the genetic content such as sex,inspection frequency low meiosis,breeding and lethal effect,etc.Behind the different knowledge are the related qualities of biology.(5)the cultivation of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability is a difficult point in the teaching process.There are two main types of genetic questions and filling-out questions.Its core characteristic is the examination content is extensive,the examination question form is flexible,to the student comprehensive ability distinction degree is high.The other type is filling in the blanks.There are five types of questions:basic knowledge and core concept,genotype inference,genetic method,probability calculation,and experimental design.Each of these types of questions involves scientific thinking and scientific methods,with varying degrees of change,but also the core of biology.It is found that the basic knowledge and core concepts are easy to be found through the sampling survey.The second is that the genetic method is more difficult to judge the class and genotype inference,and the most difficult is the genotype inference and experimental design.The majority of the difficulty coefficients of the genetic fill problem depends on the ratio of these five types of questions.The characteristics of the problem design mainly include the problem type,which is fixed,but the examination form is diverse,the knowledge content is clear,but it is varied,and the comprehensive ability of students is quantified on the basis of knowledge examination.(5)in the process of biology teaching,teachers should be based on students in solving the problem of genetic errors of the big four subjective reason:read the topic is not clear,the topic is unknown,calculation error,knowledge have a blind spot,targeted to remind students should pay attention to avoid this prone to error.A new round of curriculum reform emphasized the examination recruitment and evaluation of education guide,this is puts forward new requirements for evaluation test at all levels including the college entrance examination and conception,in solving real problems at the same time,also will further play to the core of the college entrance examination for students accomplishment evaluation function.As one of the main carriers of the core quality of biology,genetics plays an important role in promoting the formation of students' biology.By continuously excavating the biological quality in the examination questions,we can strengthen the practical connection between the discipline teaching and the talent selection measures.To realize the quality education,we must truly make the core quality as the starting point and foothold of teaching.
