The advantages of this new learning approach are the new hot spots in the field of education in China.The research on the influence factors of the effect of the blending teaching has attracted more and more attention from the researchers.But from the perspective of students,there are few studies on the influencing factors of the use blending teaching.Therefore,from the perspective of student satisfaction,this study analyzes the factors that affect the implementation effect of blending teaching.In theory,under the perspective of students,the researcher to tease out the model that effect on student satisfaction of blending teaching.And the influencing factors are determined by combining with this model.In the method,by analysis and questionnaire survey structural equation,the influence factors of mixed teaching students' satisfaction in the empirical research.In this research,the author use structural equation analysis and questionnaire survey to study the influence factors of students' satisfaction.First,based on the main framework of the American customer satisfaction index(ACSI)and the Chinese customer satisfaction index(CCSI)model,to sort out a student satisfaction model suitable for evaluating the blended teaching,the author uses the literature research method.Based on this model,a questionnaire is designed to factors that influence the blending teaching.The questionnaire with full-time undergraduate students of Shandong Normal University as subjects.The data collected and analysised by the software of SPSS20.0 and LISREL18.0,try to modify and validate the model and questionnaire,and ultimately determine the important factors that affect students' satisfaction in the blending teaching.Then the data of the factors for statistical analysis,the reacher found that existing in the implementation of hybrid teaching problems.Combined with these problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions that can improve the students' satisfaction in the bending teaching.The conclusions of this study are as follows:the researchers eventually establish the influence factors of student satisfaction model of hybrid teaching models that suitable for hybrid teaching evaluation,conform to the evaluation of student satisfaction,embodies the purpose of the hybrid teaching take the student as the main body;The main factors that influence the satisfaction of blending teaching students are:teacher image,student expectation,quality perception,value perception and so on.value perception will indirectly or directly affect student loyalty through student satisfaction,and perceived quality has the biggest influence on student loyalty.In the process of statistical analysis of the collected data,it was found that the expected value of the factor in the model was the lowest,and there is a significant difference between students' individual variables.There is widespread dissatisfaction with infrastructure.Finally,based on the above research,this study proposes the recommendations,that are pay attention and improve students' perceived quality;improve students' expectations,focus on improving the overall satisfaction of students;pay attention to the influence of individual variables on satisfaction of mixed teaching students;efforts to improve infrastructure improvement proposals.
