| Under the influence of the transformation of socialist market economy and the continuous expansion of college enrollment,China's college students are facing a severe employment situation.In order to alleviate the pressure of University Students' employment,our government has issued many employment policies,giving policy support to college students.In the process of University Students' employment,in addition to their own professional knowledge reserve and skill reserve,it is of great significance for University Students to actively seek external social support for their own employment efficiency.And the search for social support is influenced by many factors.On the subjective side,the behavior of seeking social support will be influenced by individual values and value orientation.As an important part of values,happiness viewpoints also plays an important role in guiding individuals' specific behaviors.The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of Chinese University Students' Outlook on happiness and the influence of the concept of happiness on their employment social support under the regulation of the value orientation,to help the students in the new era to establish a correct happiness viewpoints and it provides a certain reference for the government,universities and other social subjects to formulate policies and programs related to employment,and thus relieves the employment pressure of college students in the new era,and breaks the difficult position of the employment of college students in the new era.Based on the previous research,this paper,based on the theory of Marx's theory of happiness and the theory of Maslow's demand level,has carried out a questionnaire survey on happiness outlook,social support and value orientation of the 2017 senior Huazhong Agricultural University students who are looking for job hunting,to understand University Students' happiness viewpoints,employment,social support,value orientation and the relationship between the three.The study includes two parts:The first part is mainly about the current situation of University Students' happiness concept,the current situation of value orientation and the status quo of employment social support mainly through questionnaire survey.The results of the study show that:(1)In terms of the outlook on happiness,the happiness outlook of UniversityStudents has multiple complex characteristics.There are eight types of happiness,namely,happiness-seeking happiness viewpoints,family stability and happiness,interpersonal harmony and happiness,collective development of happiness,struggle for knowledge and happiness,food-entertainment happiness viewpoints,happiness outlook of well-off life,the view of power-honor and happiness.Among them,in the happy pursuit of happiness,family stability and happiness,interpersonal harmony and happiness,struggle for knowledge and happiness scored the highest.(2)In terms of value orientation,the value orientation of University Students presents diversified characteristics,including four types,namely,vertical collectivism value orientation(VC),vertical individualism value orientation(VI),horizontal collectivism value orientation(HC),and level individualism value orientation(HI),however,most college students' value orientation is still dominated by collectivism.In terms of four types of value orientation scores,the level of individualism has the highest score.(3)In terms of the social support network for University Students' employment,the object of social support network for University Students' employment is relatively simple and homogeneity is high.The object of social support is mainly among friends,classmates,parents and teachers,friends and classmates play a decisive role in supporting objects of University Students,they are basically the first choice,followed by their parents,and the last one will be the teacher.The second part,using questionnaire survey,studies the relationship between the three happiness viewpoints,social support for employment and value orientation.The results show that University Students' value orientation plays a moderating role in the influence of happiness viewpoints on employment social support.The specific performance is as follows:(1)When University Students' value orientation is the extreme exclusion vertical collectivism,University Students' collective development of happiness can positively predict employment social support evaluation of subject-object relationship.Specifically,the University Students who are the extreme exclusion vertical collectivism value orientation attach more importance to the development of the collective state,and believe that the object relationship that provides support for themis more intimate.(2)When University Students' value orientation is the extreme exclusion vertical individualism,University Students' collective development of happiness can reverse the prediction of the utility evaluation of employment social support,that is,the University Students who are the extreme exclusion vertical individualism value orientation attach more importance to the development of the collective state,but believe that the usefulness of object support is lower;University Students' food-entertainment happiness viewpoints can positively predict employment social support evaluation of subject-object relationship and reverse forecast employment social support utility evaluation,in other words,the University Students who are the extreme exclusion vertical individualism value orientation attach more importance to food entertainment and leisure,and believe that the closer the object relationship for providing social support,the lower the usefulness of object support;University Students' happiness-seeking happiness viewpoints can positively predict employment social support evaluation of subject-object relationship and the utility evaluation of employment social support,that is,the University Students who are the extreme exclusion vertical individualism value orientation attach more importance to a happy,healthy and warm life,and believe that the closer the object relationship for providing social support,the more useful the object support is.Based on the conclusion of this paper,the following suggestions are put forward to help college students to achieve successful employment:(1)Create a good employment society and support cultural environment;(2)Enhance the level of support for university graduates in
