| High-skilled personnel are an important component of China's talented person troop. It is a major force to promote technological innovation and to achieve the transform of scientific and technological achievement. With promoting the Channel West Economic Zone developmental strategy, Fujian Province rapids economic development and at the same time exists a serious shortage of high-skilled personnel. It becomes a bottleneck to restrict our province's sustainable economic development. Speed up the training of high-skilled personnel has become an important task in the development of the secondary vocational schools in our province.This article from our province's demand for skilled personnel of the Channel West Economic Zone developmental strategy, using literature method, comparative law, investigation and other research methods, goes deep into training high-skilled personnel of the secondary vocational schools. Through investigation, visits and other ways, I collected the status quo of our province's high-skilled personnel, analyzed the problems and their causes. On the basis of the relevant literature, I combined with my twenty-year'work experience of vocational education and put forward the internal operation mechanism to accelerate the reform of the schools and activate the mechanism of running schools to try my best to improve the quality of personnel training. Through the professional structural adjustment, the reforms of the curriculum system and the professional brand, it is to better serve the industrial optimization and promotion of the Channel West. Further strengthening the ranks of professional teachers, to play a good advantage for cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and being active in developing the international cooperation scope is to promote the development of our province's high-skilled personnel training work of the secondary vocational schools quickly and better and to meet the Channel West's economic and social development high demand for skilled personnel. |
