Research On The Improvement Path Of Decision-making Consultation In Local Universities

With the transition of country's social economy,the appeal of public interest becomes more and more diversified,the social problems become more frequented,the administrative decision-making environment is complicated and changeable,the scientific and democratization of local government decision-making is severely challenged.Strengthening decision-making consultation capacity is the need to fulfill the function of social service,the need to enhance the strength of running schools,the need to promote the modernization of local government governance system and governance capability.At the same time,local colleges and universities have obvious advantages in providing high-quality decision-making consultation.For example,it has better research foundation,more developed information network and rich intelligence resources,natural location advantages and cooperation platform and so on.However,in the process of actively implementing the social service function of local universities,the lack of decision-making consultation ability is also exposed.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the development dilemma,analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures to improve the decision-making consultation ability of local universities.In this study,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and relevant documents issued by China were studied.To understand the research status at home and abroad?to determine the research ideas and to sum up the five dimensions of decision-making consultation ability,then The five dimensions are summarized into questionnaires.Through the issuance of questionnaires,recycling,and data analysis,to understand and summarized the current situation of local university decision-making consultation ability and improve dilemma,then from the perspective of subjective and objective reasons were analyzed,probes into the reasons for the insufficient decision-making consultation ability of local universities and put forward corresponding measures to improve the decision-making consultation ability.This research aims to improve the decision-making consultation ability of local universities and make local them become the speakers of local decision-making programs,the evaluators of policy effects and the guidance of public opinion.This study provides a new perspective for the study of social services in local universities,provides reference for decision-making consultation capacity building in local universities,so it has profound theoretical and practical significance.
