In recent years, with the deepening of China's education informatization and networking,information-based teaching, especially in combination with advanced instructional design models, has become a new direction for educational reform and development. Therefore, the ability to develop information-based instructional design for normal students has become an important part of teacher professional development. It is of great significance to effectively implement the cultivation of informatization teaching design ability for normal college students in order to promote education reform, advance information technology teaching, and achieve professional development. In this study, the author firstly conducted a literature survey and research method, and in theory had an overall grasp of the concept and development of Smith-Ragan's model and instructional design, and clarified the teaching design and implementation of the online learning website based on the Smith-Ragan model."The research topic;then through the case study method, the third chapter of the "Information Technology Classroom Teaching Design in Middle School" course designed by Xie Qi was selected as the teaching content in the "Information Technology Teaching Design for Middle Schools" course, and it was based on Smith-Ray.The root model of instructional design;then through comparative research and questionnaire surveys, randomly selected two classes(1 class and 2 classes)with the same number of students from elementary education majors of the XXX Normal College in Jiangxi Province as the experimental subjects. And the scores of these two classes of information technology courses and instructional design courses are relatively close to ensure that the teaching design ability of both classes is similar to that of information literacy. One class(40 people)was used as an experimental class and 2 classes(42 people)were used as a control class.Students in the experimental class learned the contents of this chapter by learning the website through the “Information Technology Instructional Design in Middle Schools” course. The students in the control class learned the content of this chapter according to the traditional class teaching style.Through the analysis of the statistical data of questionnaires and course performance, the learning effects of the two classes were compared. The facts also proved that the students of the experimental class had a relatively large improvement in the teaching design ability and the depth of understanding of the theoretical knowledge through the use of the learning website.By expounding the highlights and existing problems in the writing of the thesis, the author put forward the prospect of the follow-up research direction. The innovation of this research is reflected in the combination of information technology and instructional design theory.Through Smith's Ragan teaching design pattern and its characteristics, the theoretical introduction of the teaching design principle and the comparison between the Smith-Ragan model and the traditional teaching design pattern, itprovides a theoretical basis for the teaching design of the online learning site based on the Smith-Ragan model.guide.In addition, when developing this website, the author used Sublime,Navicat,MYSQL,APPServ,PHP,HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript and other development tools and languages to achieve the full functionality of the website design and achieved the desired results.
