The Practice Cultivation Mode And Management Strategy Study On Postgraduate Innovation Ability System

The cultivation of postgraduate innovation ability is the core of postgraduate cultivation,the important index to measure postgraduate education quality,and also the important process to realize "innovation-driven development strategy" and "the strategy of reinvigoration with talents" in China.How to effectively and greatly cultivate and improve postgraduate innovation ability in today's diversified,dynamic and complicated external environment becomes a popular topic in the educational development of the new era.From the perspective of system theory,based on the systematic purpose,integrality and complexity,this thesis applies the analytical thinking of system e ngineering to study the cultivation mode,evaluation mode and control optimization strategy of postgraduate innovation ability.Firstly,beginning with the status of postgraduate innovation ability,SPSS software is used for preprocessing from statistical yearbook and questionnaires,and from two aspects of the reliability and validity analysis the validity of the data.Meanwhile,it is used to systematically analyze the status,existing problems and causes for postgraduate innovation ability.This thesis analyzes existing problems from subjective factors of postgraduates and objective factors of external environment,and elaborates the main causes from internal organizational structure,external environment and connection of them,so as to propose the structural model of cultivation system for postgraduate innovation ability.Next,the author analyzes the graduate students' innovative ability "GUIUR(Government,User,Industry,University and Research Institute)" practical training mode,defines the concept of the practice cultivation mode,and comprehends the main concepts including system elements,purposes,environments and functions.Based on the innovation subject subsystem(government,user,industry,university and research institute)and innovation process subsystem(enrollment,training,evaluation and feedback),the author constructs of system structure model of graduate students' innovative ability "GUIUR" practical training mode and analyzes relevant features.In addition,starting from the systematic analysis of the influence factors of graduate innovation ability evaluation,the index system of graduate innovation ability evaluation is constructed.The basic analysis steps of AHP and YAAHP software were used to calculate the index weight of the evaluation system,and AMOS software was used to verify the rationality of the index system,and analysis of the features of evaluation system for graduate students' innovative ability,the evaluation model of postgraduate's innovative ability is constructed from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative.Meanwhile,according to the training mode and evaluation model constructed above,the achievement degree system of postgraduate's innovation ability training goal is put forward,selection of system theory major to illustrate the analysis method of the achievement degree evaluation index,make the model constructed by the article more maneuverable.Finally,according to the structural and hierarchical differences of postgraduate innovation ability in different subjects,stages and ability,the author constructs the three dimensions structure model for the postgraduate innovation ability system education,proposes the process optimization suggestion of "purpose confirmation--optimization design--optimization management--optimization mechanism--continuous development" by complying with the regulation steps of optimization process,and eventually gives the strategies of optimization management from purpose,integrity,hierarchy,self-organization and stability.
