Research On The Improvement Of Students' Employment Ability In Higher Vocational College Based On CAS Theory

In the new era,the working guideline of Chinese Higher Vocational education is to pay attention to it and accelerate development.In order to develop students' employability and increase the employment rate,both students and Higher Vocational Institute need to adapt the environment changes and try to make reformations and innovations.Some foreign and domestic researches show that employability is a comprehensive ability,it includes the ability to obtain employment for the first time.In addition,from the macroscopic angle,the training and developing subjects include colleges,companies,governments and societies.This paper analyzes the complexity problems of employability base on the CAS theory.Depends on school and students' perspectives,the paper build a system that could improve Higher Vocational Institution students' employability,and it is consist of a school educate-system and a student self-develop system.The system has 7 characteristic,such as focus,non-linear,stream,diversity,identification,internal models and building block.The research applies the interpretation structure to find the affecting elements of students' employability and it establishes a multilevel hierarchical structure.Moreover,from microcosmic angle,the research studies the subjects' behavior mode of students' employability promoting system through designing questionnaires;it investigates the graduate of railway major to find the problems of the students' employability develop-system.Finally,the paper tables? optimize proposals for the school,teacher,service manager and student of the system on the CAS theory.It suggests that school should pay attention to the subjectivity of the system and have Top-Level Design;pay attention to the adaptability of the system and to coordinate and control;pay attention to the feedback of the system,complete the system's co-evolution.Teacher should attach importance to the diversity of students,be inclusive and caring;find the relationship of knowledge and reality;and pay attention to the self-development.The service manager should offer the initiative service and keep the system communication channels open,develop the service quality and efficiency and accumulate the interior models.The students should have adaption,learn initiative and pay attention to the target,active participate,keep open and initiative cooperate.The employability develop-system of Higher Vocational Institute students needs the whole school's support,for the faculty members and students have the same mission.
