Research On Performance Evaluation Index System Of University Scientific Research Funds

With the development of the times,knowledge economy plays a more and more important role in the process of social development,and the status of scientific research is more and more important.The state also pays more attention to the development of scientific research work,the most direct embodiment is the increase of the state funding for research funding,and the management of research funding has gradually aroused widespread concern of the public.In the current social environment,there are many problems in the management of scientific research funds in many colleges and universities,which affect the standardized use of scientific research funds,which is not conducive to the effective development of scientific research work.How to form an efficient management system for scientific research funds is necessary for the management of scientific research funds.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of the article,then summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and then points out the research object and research direction of this paper.Then,combining with the specific analysis of QZ college,this paper points out the existing problems and reasons in the process of the management of scientific research funds.Furthermore,the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation index of the ten projects of QZ Institute were analyzed and evaluated,in order to manage QZ college days after the research funding brought guidelines bring reference value for similar colleges in China's scientific research funds management.
