| The objects of this research are to deeply explore the development situation of school sport events,investigate whether exists differences of sports behavior between special teenagers and non-special teenagers and what is the relation between sport events and teenagers’ exercise behavior,and analyze what factors impact teenagers’ exercise behavior in Shanghai high schools.Therefore it can provide theory evidences and data support for special physical curriculum reform of high schools.This research adopts self-made questionnaire to investigate teenagers taking part in special physical curriculum learning and teenagers not.The research’s results are that there are 89.5 percentage teenagers which can choose their wanted-chosen sport events and 10.5 percentage teenagers do not choose their wanted-chosen sport events.Furthermore the 73.4 percentage teenagers of the later fail to choose wanted-chosen sport events,because too many students choose these sport events.And the 15.6percentage teenagers of the later fail to choose their wanted-chosen sport events for the school does not launch these sports.It can be seen that physical environment of schools developing special teaching should be improved further.Through comparing exercise behaviors of specialization teenagers with non-specialization teenagers,it can be known that specialization teenagers are better than non-specialization teenagers in the aspects of exercise time,exercise strength,exercise frequency,exercise attitudes and degree of use,because special physical curriculums of high school more accord with the meets of teenagers’ physical development.Moreover this paper also compare exercise behaviors between specialization teenagers who select wanted-chosen sport events and who do not select wanted-chosen sport events,and the result show that the former are better than latter in the aspects of exercise time,exercise strength,exercise frequency,exercise attitudes and degree of use.This research adopts multiple regression equation to analyze how the special physical curriculum affects exercise behavior of teenagers.And the result shows that partner,exercise chances and security needs significantly affect the exercise time which teenagers spend on sports.It also shows that teenagers aware of advantages of exercises also significantly affect the exercise frequency.Security needs and knowledge learned in physical curriculums also significantly affect the exercise strength.Content,emotion and ownership significantly affect the exercise attitudes.Content,exercise opportunities and self-fulfillment significantly affect that teenagers use skills taught in special physical curriculum. |
