Along with the further progress of basic education curriculum’s revolution The field of education is now transforming from “Knowledge-oriented” to “Human-oriented”,that human weight in classroom management,and the Chinese class with distinct humanity put more emphasis on human growth and development.The key of Chinese teaching in junior high school is in the classroom,and efficient classroom is inseparable from good classroom management.Classroom management is the prerequisite for the smooth implementation of classroom teaching activities,and is an important factor in guaranteeing the quality of classroom teaching.To explore the junior middle school Chinese classroom management strategy is the need of the new curriculum reform practice,the requirement of students’ healthy growth and happy learning as well as the characteristics and development of Chinese subject.It is worthwhile for every junior high school language teacher to think and practice how to find scientific and reasonable classroom management strategies to promote healthy development of students.The concept of active education advocates a variety of positive measures in the process of education so as to develop students’ positive personality and life attitude.The rich connotations contained many enlightenment and practical values for the management of Chinese classrooms in junior middle schools.Meanwhile,the humanistic characteristics of the Chinese subject provide abundant and unique conditions for the implementation of the concept of active education.Based on the characteristics of the physical and mental development of junior high school students and the characteristics of the Chinese subject,the dissertation studies the related contents of active education concept from the perspective of Chinese teachers.And enters the school and Chinese class to interview the teachers and students and finish Observation and record to understand problems of the junior middle school Chinese classroom management,such as single created situation,the nervous relationship between teachers and students,the autocratic routine development,the ineffective implementation,outstanding classroom behavior,inefficient handling way,lacking of positive evaluation,and the invalid evaluation.In accordance with the problem,puts forward the junior middle school Chinese classroom management strategy under the concept of active education: Firstly,to create a positive physical and psychological environment;Secondly,to establish and actively implement classroom practices,including scientific strategy formulation and decisive implementation;Thirdly,to effectively manage the classroom behavior,including prevention strategies,positive treatment for general problematic behaviors,and reasonable treatment for serious problematic behaviors;Fourthly,to improve the Chinese classroom evaluation,including the exploration of student advantages,achieving the diversity of evaluation content,reasonably selecting the methods to achieve diversification of evaluation methods.Finally,combine with their own characteristics,to promote the personality of evaluation remark.This study attempts to combine the concept of active education with the management of junior high school Chinese classrooms,based on the reactions they made and the problems they got from the classroom observation in the surveys,and explores strategies for junior Chinese language classroom management based on active education concepts,hoping to providing reference for frontline Chinese teachers.
