Relying on the change of the demand chain of innovation and entrepreneurship,and under the guidance and stimulation of favorable policies,China's maker space construction is in full swing.At present,the maker space has become an important carrier for China to promote innovation-driven development strategy and develop the entrepreneurial economy in the new era.Colleges and universities are not only the gathering area of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,but also the key nodes to integrate various resources and integrated innovation.Dominated by the colleges and universities,the maker space meets the needs of the market and gives full play to its comparative advantages.It has become a new force that suddenly rises in the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".However,we also soberly see that,influenced by multiple factors,there is a general lack of competitive consciousness and platform vitality in the maker space of Chinese colleges and universities.The service quality of the maker space of colleges and universities is also vary.Therefore,it is a new problem to be solved urgently by objectively evaluating the operation performance of the maker space in colleges and universities and promoting its service quality.From the perspective of maker,this paper introduces the concept of maker satisfaction degree degree,aiming to strengthen the consciousness of competition in the maker space of colleges and universities by promoting the practice of maker satisfaction degree degree evaluation,improve the platform vitality and optimize the service quality through the practice of maker satisfaction degree evaluation.This paper integrates maker satisfaction degree into the performance evaluation index of colleges and universities,optimizes the evaluation system,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of maker space in colleges and universities.This research is divided into six major aspects.The first is to analyze the current development situation and research meaning of the colleges and universities maker space,define the value of maker satisfaction degree evaluation research,tease out the history and academic research status quo of maker space development,and expound the content and method of this study.The second is to analyze and define the core concepts of maker space and maker satisfaction degree,to tease out the supporting theories: satisfaction degree evaluation theory,entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,platform theory and lay theoretical basis for the research.Thirdly,on the basis of literature and field research,starting from the service content of maker space of colleges and universities and maker service quality,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the maker spaces' maker satisfaction degree in colleges and universities,and provides the basis for the construction of the maker satisfaction degree evaluation index system.The fourth is to use analytic hierarchy process,expert opinion method and other methods construct the index system of the evaluation index of maker spaces' maker satisfaction degree in colleges and universities and determine the index weight and design the evaluation scale.The fifth is to carry out empirical research by using the formation of the theoretical results in this paper,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of the maker space construction in colleges and universities,test the feasibility of research results,and provide a case reference for the practical application of the research results.The sixth is to summarize the conclusions,achievements and shortcomings of the research,and put forward the prospect of future research.This paper proposes some new concepts such as maker satisfaction degree,and maker service quality,and designs evaluation index system and scale of maker satisfaction degree,as well as the formation of the other results and conclusions will provide all the maker space construction practice and academic research new references and new ideas.
