Education is the core of the development of the country,and the open education teacher is an important part of our education system.It is a large number and relatively complex structure of teachers.As the concept of lifelong learning continues to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,all kinds of training have become popular.The state has always attached great importance to improving the literacy ability of open education teachers in all aspects.Through the training of open education teachers,it is an important means to achieve this goal.It is very necessary to evaluate educational teachers training courses.The open education teacher training course is composed of two parts,which are centered on the standard of the evaluation index system of the excellent course and the online learning with the standard of the evaluation index system of the network course.But at present,more and more of our country separate the two,and integrate these two and apply to the evaluation of the training course of the open education teacher.There is not a set of complete and feasible evaluation system standard.In view of this,by consulting relevant literature and taking practical experience as the starting point,on the basis of analyzing the status of evaluation of open education teachers’ training courses,taking "network course courseware evaluation(accreditation)standard"(Revised)and "national excellent course evaluation index system" as reference,the method of combining qualitative and quantitative method is used to construct an open education teacher training course.Evaluation index system.First of all,this study determined the experts,teachers,staff,students of four classes of open education teachers curriculum evaluators,through interviews,literature analysis,questionnaire survey method to determine the one or two level of open education teacher training curriculum evaluation,at the same time interview,questionnaire survey on the importance of the evaluation of open education teacher training curriculum evaluation.Then,based on the result of importance,we use the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of each index and check their consistency.Finally,the calculation method in the actual evaluation process is presented.The two courses of the ninth period of the "Thousand teacher training Program" of Yunnan Open University in 2017 are selected as a case.The two courses are all the expert courses which have been taught many times and have higher satisfaction.The evaluation index system is used to evaluate the two courses,and then the rationality of the index system is verified by comparing the results with the previous evaluation satisfaction.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for future open education teacher training,so as to enhance the effect of teacher training in open education.
