Twenty-first Century is a century of "quality".In the field of global education,"the wind of quality assessment" is popular all over the world.The quality of higher education is a complex concept,involving all aspects of quality.In addition,under the call of"Double top",higher education proposes to build "first-class subject" and "first-class university",which is still the "problem of education quality",and the quality of education is often the core of the quality of teaching.Under this background,Chinese universities begin to attach importance to the quality of education,and carry out a series of educational quality assessment activities.But the evaluation of the quality of education in our country is mostly the orientation of positivism,which is mostly from the perspective of management.It appears the scientific empirical method of superstition,the simple solidification of the measurement index,the standard of measurement and so on.At the same time,the interests and calls of the students are ignored,and the students in our country are lacking the subject status and the direct discourse power.It can be seen that the current status of undergraduate training quality assessment is indeed worrying.Therefore,one of the most urgent issues in the field of higher education is to reexamine the current teaching quality assessment paradigm of colleges and universities in China,evaluate the quality scientifically,and then form an efficient assessment paradigm for evaluating "quality of education".Recalling the information available at home and abroad,The three themes of the international higher education quality assessment model,the subject of higher education evaluation and the quality assessment system of higher education in China are very rich in the global field of vision.However,there is little research on undergraduate teaching quality paradigm,let alone the "student centered" teaching quality evaluation paradigm.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of H college students,this paper analyzes the undergraduate teaching quality assessment paradigm with the status quo,and takes the student-centered as the research perspective and stands on the theory of fourth generation evaluation and constructivism to carry out a top-level design analysis of the "student-centered" teaching quality assessment.Furthermore,put forward the implementation strategy,feasibility of the countermeasures are put forward from the three levels of state,University,and society;finally,put forward the construction of the student-centered teaching quality evaluation model of the guarantee system,the feasibility of proposals are put forward from the legal basis,the protection of the main body,cooperation mechanism,information engineering.The "student-centered" teaching quality assessment paradigm is a theoretical and practical topic.As far as the current rigid and single teaching evaluation is concerned,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of teaching,improve the quality of talent training and realize the benign development of higher education.
