With the rapid development of science and technology,the growing emergence of new media,especially the rapid development of network media,youth is increasing on the use of the media,the media is becoming more and more profoundly affects the growth of the teenagers and the life.As digital natives,the teenagers in the process of personal growth,not only failed to keep psychological maturity,but also a lack of judgment and ability to control,failed to establish a scientific world outlook and outlook on life,more and more profound the influence of new media for teenagers,increasingly presents the information dissemination way diversification,the media dissemination of information from the original point opposite to each individual is the disseminator of information,with transmission speed,wide spread,the characteristics of the diversification of information,however,new media in a rich learning resources and communication at the same time,also increasingly exposed the disadvantages of the audience to the young.Therefore,to strengthen the new media literacy of youth education,and make it a primary audience,rather than passive recipients is the current issue of eyebrow.In this article,through questionnaire and interview method to investigate the new media literacy status quo of contemporary high school students,making scientific questionnaire and individual interview,to study the status of adolescents' new media literacy,and through the literature research to understand the current situation of media literacy education at home and abroad,new media literacy status of contemporary high school students do theory analysis,summarize the experiences of combing the advanced western countries,and about the new media literacy such outstanding problems as lack of adolescents in China,for this research comprehensively advancing provides an important theoretical basis.Through to the high school information technology course teaching methods of analysis and summary,search for information technology course and the new media literacy training "blend",in the information technology teaching design into new media literacy to ascend out of the new scheme,in high school information literacy education,and have been put forward for the practice of case teaching,based on new media literacy ascension in the high school information technology course and the course is the comprehensive reflection and analysis,from two aspects of theory and practice to improve students in high school information technology new media literacy strategy and method to carry on the beneficial exploration actively.Finally,the author in the high school information technology new media literacy training strategies and methods to summarize,and connecting with the current status of high school students of the new media literacy puts forward to the future needs to be improved and exploration in the field,and the research strategies and methods of improvement.The promotion and cultivation of new media literacy is a long-term process,which requires a lot of management,and a more scientific and efficient education system for the cultivation of new media literacy of high school students.
