With the advent of the media age, media information filled in every aspect of our lives. Senior high school students live in the environment constructed by the media all the time. The media has had a lot of influence on the learning, life and ways of thinking of contemporary college students. Therefore, it is very necessary to increasing their ability to know, understand, distinguish and use of the media and media information in media information age. UNESCO requires that information literacy and media literacy be considered together. Therefore media literacy + information literacy = media and information literacy. This approach harmonises these two formerly distinct and converging fields and in so doing enhances MIL as powerful tool to allow citizens to participate in the governance of their countries and the international media and information networks, to promote intercultural dialogue and facilitate lifelong learning. This author, in this line of thinking, is related with the cultivation of media literacy, is combined with information technology subject teaching, and carries on the practice of related research. This research focus on information technology penetration in the classes that make the practice of media literacy education research, based on information technology work class to raise the level of media literacy of high school students, activate their critical and creative thinking, and lays a foundation for their lifelong development.In this paper, through the questionnaire survey to understand Senior high school students’media literacy status quo, through questionnaire investigation and literature research to understand the information technology work class teaching present situation, the writer put forward in the work of information technology for making class into the feasibility of the media literacy education, through the analysis of Senior high school curriculum standard technology, search for information technology and media literacy training course "blend", the article puts forward the work of information technology for making into the media literacy education in the teaching design process and implementation strategies, and on this basis to research classroom teaching practice:the cultivation of students’ media literacy, which is based on conventional class platform, shallow penetration’s change of media literacy education; Through digital story workshop activities, to cultivate the students’ media literacy, Through action research method, surveys, and students’ works, the article analyze the teaching effects, and continuously improve the instructional design process and teaching strategies. From two aspects of theory and practice in information technology work class in senior high school students, the cultivation of media literacy has carried on the beneficial exploration.Research shows that the institute of infiltration media literacy in the information technology work class teaching design and teaching practice is successful, not only broke through the consistent teaching mode and content of information technology disciplines, as information technology subject injected fresh blood into teaching, and effectively improve the students’media literacy, realized a win-win situation for media literacy training and information literacy training.
