In recent years,with the progress of science and the rapid development of the internet,it has emerged various multimedia teaching softwares and many "micro"concepts.Therefore,micro lessons are applied into our lives.The character of micro lesson is "Lesson",which is essentially a short and high quality lesson.The appearance of micro lesson has great influence to the traditional teaching ideas and teaching methods.It brought new teaching ideas and teaching models,and created the basic conditions for improving students’ independent inquiry and learning.This study used the theory-constructivism and Dell’s cone of experience theory.It studies that micro lesson if can effectively improve the scores of geography in the high school and its influence to the attitude of geographic learning.It tries to find out a teaching method that can assist in natural geography teaching in high school students.Research objects are two common classes which are chosen from grade one of Mi’zhi Senior High School(class three and class four).There are totally 100 students and every class has 50 students.Class 3 is the experimental class and adopted the micro lesson teaching in geography,class 4 is the control class and adopted the traditional model including three steps,preview-explanation-review.Finally,we have contrastive analysis between the pre-test and the post-test.We used the final exam of last term as the pre-test.However,the post-test is based on the experiment to design the exam.The results of independent sample t-test show that in both short-term memory and long-term memory,students’ scores in experimental class of learning English enthusiasm is higher than the other class.Results also show that the experimental class is more effective than the control class.This further illustrates that the implementation of Micro lesson has certain feasibility in geography in high school。The study used the statistical software SPSS 19.0 to analyze the scores,interview and the questionnaire to know the attitude of micro-lesson,it got the following enlightenment:micro lesson can not only improve student’ scores but also can improve interests of learning geography.
