With the further advance of social management innovation, Non-GovernmentOrganizations play an increasingly important role, research on Non-Governmentorganization workers of social mentality, it is the objective requirement of theeffective to promote the benign development of the Non-Government Organization.Social mentality in a specific period of the social environment under the influenceof factors such as the interaction between social members and form a certainuniversality social changes, steady development of the common psychological state,mainly by members of the social cognitive, emotional attitude and behavior tendency.This study combined the achievements what about workers in the Non-GovernmentOrganizations and social mentality in home or abroad, explore the demographicfactors, economic factors, organizational factors on the Non-GovernmentOrganizations workers social mentality. The study mirrored Wang Yifu, Pan Xiaofu"life satisfaction","social pressure","government trust","social justice","socialsecurity","social problems" six dimensions analysis, operation to50index whichinclude "job satisfaction""housing pressure "and so on. Do survey on200Non-Government Organizations formal workers who came from8different activitiesfield of sampling in S province.At the same time, compile deep interview outline tofive workers. Finally, using SPSS17.0software to analysis received questionnaires toverify the relationship between social mentality of Non-Government-Organizationsworkers in the demographic factors, economic factors and organizational factors onthe correlation, the following conclusions:1Currently, the social mentality of Non-Government-Organizations workers is notoptimistic in S province, especially in the social fairness and social problems.2On the whole, demographic variable and social mentality is no significantcorrelation. Different in Gender, Marriage status, Religious beliefs or Politicallandscape cause different on trust in government, social fairness, social questions:women are more positive in social mentality; Single’s government trust is higher;Party member’s government trust more higher, the social less serious.3Economic factors, personal monthly income and workers social mentality isrelated. In addition to life satisfaction, other aspects with social mentality hassignificant negative correlation. In generally, Worker’s annual family income had nosignificant correlation with social mentality, only in terms of life satisfaction and social stress present have positive correlation: the higher the family income, theworkers more satisfied with their life, the less social pressure.4Organizational factors, there is a significant negative correlation relationshipbetween working time degree of social organization practitioners and socialpsychology active degree on the whole.Others variables have no significantcorrelation with social mentality overall or only in part analysis dimensions have.Research confirmed that practitioners social mentality affected by personal andorganizational environment, but also affected by factors such as social culture,looking forward to meet.
