Triple characterization,namely macroscopic representation,microscopic representation and symbol representation is a chemical education paradigm proposed by Johnston.It has been widely used all over the world and there is a close connection between different characterizations.It is one.However,students have different difficulties in these three aspects,especially microscopic representations and symbolic representations are weaker,and it is difficult to link these three representations together.Senior high school is an important period for middle school students to learn chemical knowledge,improve chemical skills,and cultivate chemical concepts.Particularly,elements and their compounds are involved in more experiments.Students should not only observe abundant macroscopic experimental phenomena,but also analyze microscopic types of micro-particles.And changes,but also use ion equations,chemical equations and other ways to symbolic representation,so teachers should seize this opportunity to take reasonable strategies to promote learning to carry out the overall construction of triple representation relationship.Mind map is a creative note form and the ultimate form of thinking organized by British East Nicholas in the 20 th century.It applies a keyword,color,line and other elements to organize a piece of information according to certain rules.Can stimulate the brain more functions,reduce the burden on the brain,help people clearly analyze the problem,clarify ideas,and effectively improve memory,understanding and innovation.Mind maps can help students in previewing,listening and reviewing,and can change teaching methods and improve teacher-student relationships.Firstly,a strategy of combining triple representation with mind map was proposed.Two parallel classes were taken as the research object,and one element of chemistry and its compounds were taken as the research content.The control class adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental class was constructed based on the mind map.Triple characterizes the overall relationship,that is,to allow students to use the material learned in this lesson as a central word,macro representation,microscopic representation,and symbol representation as key words in the lecture.Knowledge is represented from these three perspectives,and a piece of information about chemistry is obtained.A three-character mental map of mind.The pre-test analysis data in the mid-term examination showed that there was no significant difference between the two classes before the experiment.After the experiment,two classes were tested simultaneously with a set of questions that examined the three-character representations.Some of the questions were able to simultaneously examine the three-character representations and some of them could be examined.Two of the three characterizations.Through the quantitative analysis of post-test scores,it was found that the experimental class scores were significantly higher than the control class.After interviews with qualitative results,it was found that the experimental class students can actively analyze the macro,micro,and symbol levels and can Corresponding to each aspect,it is effective to construct a triple representation of the overall relationship based on mind maps,which is conducive to improving students' ability to analyze problems and learning effects.
