| Local geography is an important way for people to know their hometown,build their hometown and protect their hometown.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the research and development of rural geography in our country developed rapidly.At present,some parts of our country actively respond to the call of the state.They keep up with the pace of The Times,and have acquired relatively mature local geography textbooks,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangzhou,etc.Xiaogan although also writes its own local geography teaching material,but the teaching material content and arrangement form are old.The textbook can't meet the requirements of students and the new era of country.Local geography textbook with high quality is urgently needed in Xiaogan now.Based on the national quality education,regional sustainable development and the needs of the students' comprehensive quality training,the author combined with the new curriculum concept and gave a brief analysis of xiaogan local geography teaching material development through the method of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview and so on.The analysis includes the significance,the research status and existing problems of this subject.The problems are:first,the education administrative departments don't take it seriously enough;second,the quality teaching material is not high;third,geographical characteristics are not obvious in it;forth,it doesn't have a strong timeliness;finally,the group of textbook writers is very casual.In addition to these,the author also gives her own recommendations of local geography teaching material development.Namely,the textbook should have the moral education and aesthetic education;it should be regional and comprehensive;it should be scientific and interesting at the same time;it should have fundamentality and extensibility.In order to provide reference value for xiaogan local geography teaching material development and promote its progress,the author wrote this paper. |
