| At present,human beings are in the information society,although the gap of communication between people is getting smaller and smaller,which promotes the reform of education.Among them,the development of educational information makes the educational concept and educational means changed,so that a lot of impossible things in education are possible,not limited by time and space of the network classroom and highly shared digital education resources for us is no longer new things.As the key and difficult point in the development of rural compulsory education,rural teaching and learning points need to solve the difficulties of" not neat,not good",lack of teaching resources and serious shortage of teachers by means of education informatization.But on the current situation of rural teaching and learning points,through the means of information technology can really solve the difficulties faced by rural teaching and learning points,bring substantive and constructive changes to rural teaching and learning points?Based on the above objectives,this paper will take xianan experimental area of Xianning city,Hubei province as an example,and carry out field research on digital schools in xianan experimental area of Xianning city,Hubei province,which are in the process of education informatization teaching.on the basis of analyzing the current difficulties faced by rural teaching and learning points,this paper uses the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research to explore the development of digital schools in xianan experimental area of Hubei province from three aspects of measures,problems and the reasons behind it,and finally summarizes the measures to promote the development of rural teaching and learning points by informatization.This paper intends to through empirical research methods,from the following parts of information technology to promote the development of rural teaching point research:The first part mainly expounds the research background and significance of this study,combing the research current situation of development of rural school,replacement of empirical research survey and the questionnaire distributed,and the research question and research methods.The second part mainly elaborates the theoretical basis of informatization to promote the development of rural teaching points.Using education equity theory to interpret the development of rural school is the top priority of realizing fair education,the knowledge gap theory interpretation of priority to the development of rural school education informatization can shorten the digital divide between urban and rural,synergetics theory explains the education informatization promotes into rural development to the government,universities,enterprises and schools to teach the quartet cooperation to achieve win-win situation.The third part through the further investigation of haman district in hubei province rural school,found that the current development of the rural school facing the predicament and salty Ann test area in hubei province informatization measures to promote the development of rural school.The difficulties faced by rural teaching centers mainly include the low teaching quality of education,the prominent problem of teachers and the prominent problem of left-behind children in rural teaching centers.The main measures are to design programs and take measures to address the prominent problems facing rural teaching centers.The forth part expounds the salty Ann test area in hubei province informatization promoting rural school achieved initial results,mainly from the countryside to teach,rural school teachers,the rural school students,and perspective to study the rural school left-behind children.The fifth part elaborates the new problems arising in the development of rural teaching centers through informatization and analyzes the deep reasons behind the problems.The problems mainly include the problem of education resources,teachers’enthusiasm and synchronous interactive classroom application.The underlying reasons are mainly analyzed from education system mechanism,education investment,education resource allocation and incentive constraint mechanism.The sixth part focuses on the information of new problems appeared in the process of promote the development of rural school,on the basis of analyzing the deep reason behind,put forward to increase the use of informatization booster countermeasure Suggestions on the development of rural school. |
