The development of mobile internet and the popularity of mobile smart devices makes mobile learning a brand new online learning method.It optimizes the traditional way of learning,and makes people able to conduct autonomous learning anytime,anywhere.Lifelong and universal learning becomes a reality.In recent years,all countries have paid special attention to the cultivation of students in normal universities because it concerns the quality of teachers in the future and the edbiz of the entire country.While the teaching skills training of normal students is the most important task in cultivation.However,there are many problems in the skills training of normal college students,such as the lack of class hours,the single training mode,and the incompatibility between theory and practice.In addition,the general trend of education informatization requires that teachers in the future must have the ability of informational teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt information methods to optimize skills training for students in normal schools and to alleviate these problems to some extent.Based on the relevant theory and practice,combined with the characteristics of the physics teaching skills curriculum,we constructed a mobile learning model based on the mosoteach mobile learning App,in which we completed the exploration from teaching design to teaching practice to the evaluation of teaching effectiveness in the physics teaching skills training course of normal students.Firstly,a suitable mobile learning theory guidance framework was selected to carry out the mobile instructional design based on the mosoteach,including the initial analysis of the learners,the formulation of the learning goal,the development of the mobile learning resources,the design of mobile learning teaching strategies.Then we conducted a more comprehensive and detailed construction of the mobile learning resources,and conceived the way to carry out the mobile learning activities and the evaluation methods of teaching effects.During the process,the mosoteach app was used to monitor students' consultation of the resources,their participation in the assessment session,and the teaching reflections after class in real time.We evaluated of teaching effectiveness using questionnaire survey,mosoteach system data analysis and video analysis.The results show that the overall participation of students is high,and most students complete the corresponding learning tasks.And this model extends the learning time and space to a certain extent,and changes the habits of students just learning in the classroom.In general,students' participation in mosoteach(mainly the participation in the evaluation activities)has a direct relationship with their final skill performances.From another point of view,it is illustrated that the mobile learning teaching mode is effective for improving the teaching skills of normal college students.
