Experiential teaching conforms to the goal and requirement of the art core accomplishment,and thinks that students are not only the subject of learning,but also the subject of wisdom,the subject of life and the subject of life,and art teaching should not stop at the lecture of art knowledge and skill.Compared with the traditional teaching,experiential teaching has advantages in many aspects: The teaching goal is more macro-far,the teaching subject is more prominent,the teaching content is closer to the students ’ life,the teaching process is more interesting and the teaching method is more flexible.Compared with the art education in the school,the art education is more flexible and changeable in teaching content,time,class and place,which is suitable for the implementation of experiential teaching.This paper studies the application and implementation of experiential teaching in the art class outside the classroom in combination with practice,and probes into the development and design of experiential activities in class,to inspire and maintain students ’ interest and to create a new class model.This article is divided into four parts: the first part mainly clear the connotation of the children’s art education and experiential teaching,and lay the theoretical foundation for the implementation of experiential teaching.The second part analyzes the problems in the application of experiential teaching in Out-of-school children’s art class through questionnaire and interview form.The third part puts forward the implementation strategy of experiential teaching for the problems in practice: The preparation stage of experiential teaching class,including small class teaching scale,multi-media teaching means,curriculum design close to student life,knowledge conforms to students ’ cognition level and body and mind development law,create harmonious and equal teacher-student relationship;different experience contents should be set up in the course,including life experience,art experience,emotion experience and successful experience;The course of classroom experience teaching in children’s art class includes six steps: The first step is to choose the way to import,to introduce the interesting,the second step to create the experience environment,students immersion experience,the third step to share,the fourth step of independent creation,the fifth Step sharing summary,sixth step finishing;Using different experiences to carry out classroom teaching will not only help arouse students ’ interest in learning,but also promote students ’ experience in many ways.The forth part puts forward concrete suggestions on the implementation of experiential teaching: teachers should set up the study of art knowledge and technique in experiential classroom,establish correct education view,improve classroom management ability,and develop systematic experiential art course.Parents should weaken the utilitarian mentality,learn to appreciate the children’s works of art,and create a good family atmosphere.
