Abstract:In the new round of education reform, to meet the needs of social talented person, the education reform is focus on the change of teacher’s teach means and student’s way of study and in the new chemistry course idea of high school, they emphasize that experience is the key content of course reform. The idea of experience originates from the education idea of western Plato and the ancient Chinese Confucius. Now the study of experiential teaching which brings vitality for our chemistry education has been a scientific theoretical system.Experiential teaching is a way of teaching in which regarding the student as the main,and based on the teaching content, the teacher create situation for the teaching target that let the student experience, feel, appreciate, comprehend, think, reflect and construct knowledge. Experiential teaching underlines student’s comprehension and reflection of experience; changes the way of learning by traditional mechanical rote and advocates the student who positively act, enjoyably participate and diligently practice really can be the main in the education activity. Chemistry experiential teaching can make the student grasp it’s knowledge and promote their autonomy development by exciting the power of learning chemistry and taking part in chemistry practice activity.Firstly, this thesis makes a questionnaire survey on the situation of the student’s study and the teacher’s teaching. The results show that most of the students are not interest in chemistry and teachers still use the methods of teaching-accepting, which leads to their low learning efficiency and necessity of implementation of experiential teaching. Secondly, this thesis describes the theory of experience and experiential teaching, and the meaning of carrying out the experiential teaching in high school. Thirdly, this thesis makes a description about the situation of the experiential teaching implemented in high school course. Finally, this thesis summary and analyze the achievement of experiential teaching.
