National Cheerleading League Tournament Operation Exlioration

Cheerleading as an emerging project that has just been introduced into China.With the support of policies and the economy,it quickly spreads in China.This paper uses the National Cheerleading League as the research object.The theory of the analysis of the operation and management of sports events was used to study the overall process of the operation of the National Cheerleading League.The specific analysis of the operation provided a theoretical basis for the development of the cheerleading league and even the more mature and stable operation of other domestic events.The research methods used mainly in this study are as follows: literature data method,expert interview method,field investigation method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method.The whole operation of the cheerleading competition will be explored,summarized and compared to provide reference for the operation of other events in the country.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The abolition of the examination and approval procedures for sports events and the development of the sports industry since 2014 has created a favorable political and economic environment for the operation of the Cheerleading League tournaments throughout the country.The National Lala Cheerleading Committee and Nanjing Xinhengding Sports Promotion Co.,Ltd.completed the competition and used market economy regulation to operate the competition.The event has the ability to self-financing.(2)In 2015,2016 and 2017,the cheering league tournament has increased year by year,the competition rules have become more reasonable,and tournament sponsors have stabilized.(3)Analyze the 2017 Cheerleading League tournament operating environment,event organization structure and functions,event management system and operating mechanism,competition organization,event marketing,and comprehensive protection.It can be seen that the Cheerleading League matches are becoming more and more mature.The sponsorship of the event was stable and the sponsorship was increased to promote the development of cheerleading events.The operation of the National Cheerleading League has been self-contained.Registration of events,training of content,layout of venues,marketing of marketing events,accommodation,and transportation during the competition are all completed by the League Organizing Committee.The operation of each race is a The team finishes.(4)The National Cheerleading Committee for the development of the domestic cheerleading program will select teams from the cheering league teams to represent the country in international events,and organize international competitions in the country to invite top-level teams from abroad.(5)Cheerleading League events bring a series of economic benefits.The organization of events can bring a series of economic and social benefits.First of all,promote the popularization and development of the event;secondly,increase the popularity of the host city;and finally,contribute to the output value of the sports industry.The National Cheerleading League Tournament operates a self-contained system and is completed by a professional team from the event content training,the entire process of the race operation,and feedback from the late evaluation of the event.Other sports events in China can learn from the operation of cheerleading competitions: build event brands according to the development of the country’s political and economic environment;use modern new technologies to improve the competition operation management system;and build a professional team for the operation of cheerleading events.China’s other sports events can learn from the overall operation of the cheerleading competition to achieve self-financing.
