Nowadays,with the acceleration of aging,the health problems of the elderly are receiving more and more attention,Hubei provincial government pay importance attention to sports for the elderly.Since the first Hubei "Fu Shou Kang Ning" series of sports and fitness events(activities)for the elderly(hereinafter referred to as "Fu Shou Kang Ning" series of events)were held,they have received strong support from the elderly.In this paper,we analyze and study the service satisfaction model of a series of events in Hubei Province using literature methods,field survey methods,expert interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,mathematical statistics methods,and customer satisfaction index model theory,using the service satisfaction of participants in "Fu Shou Kang Ning" as the subject of the survey and the experience and experience of participants participating in "Fu Shou Kang Ning" series of events,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The service satisfaction model of the "Fu Shou Kang Ning" events specifically includes five first level indicators: Event brand image,Participant expectation,Event perception quality,Participant satisfaction,Participant loyalty,and 29 measurable second level indicators.2.Each structural variable of the "Fu Shou Kang Ning" event service satisfaction model has an impact relationship in each path,Among them,the perception of the quality of activities has the greatest impact on participant satisfaction,the overall effect size was 0.526;and it is participant satisfaction that has the greatest impact on participants’ loyalty,the overall effect size was 0.548.3.The overall satisfaction of "Fu Shou Kang Ning" event was 4.65,which was close to relatively satisfactory,and the highest satisfaction of the elderly in the five dimensions of event service satisfaction was the expectation of participants(M=4.88),and the lowest satisfaction with the brand image of the event(M=4.51).There were differences in the satisfaction of participants with different characteristics,and the satisfaction of female participants(M=4.67)was higher than that of male participants(M=4.62)among different genders.Among the different ages,participants over 71 years old had the lowest satisfaction(M=4.29),and participants aged 61-70 had the highest satisfaction(M=4.68).Among the participants with different academic qualifications,the satisfaction rate of university(college)degree was the lowest(M=4.44),and the satisfaction of university(college)degree or above was the highest(M=4.77).There are significant differences in the brand image,participants’ expectations,and participants’ satisfaction dimensions in different event venues.Participants in different events had the highest satisfaction with chess,card and gas volleyball events,with a score of 4.81,and the lowest satisfaction with gate ball events,with a score of 4.33.4.A strategy for improving the satisfaction of elderly sports events was proposed:Improve the quality of event services through multiple channels to meet the age needs of elderly participants;Strengthen the construction of sports facilities and rationally use "sports+ technology";Pay attention to establishing a good brand image and strive to create high-quality events;Strengthen advertising,improve the channels for obtaining activities,and create a good atmosphere for activities.
