Volleyball is gradually developing in the direction of commercialization and professionalization,and the operation of domestic volleyball events is gradually moving towards marketization and commercialization.As my country’s women’s volleyball team has achieved remarkable results under the guidance of coach Lang Ping,my country has once again brought the spirit of women’s volleyball to people’s lives.The Chinese women’s volleyball team has won outstanding achievements in international competitions,which has promoted the development of more diversified volleyball events in my country.,More confident to bid for more international volleyball competitions.In order to better promote the development of domestic volleyball competitions,the local sports bureau combined with the current market needs,led by the Zhejiang Provincial Government Sports Bureau and the Sports Company to bid for the World Women’s Volleyball Club Championship,which is a good example for the upcoming Asian Games in Zhejiang.The accumulation of manpower and technology.This article takes the 2018 and 2019 World Women’s Volleyball Club Championships operation and management effects as the research object,with the competition operation and management as the main content,using documentary data method,case analysis method,expert interview method,field investigation method and other research methods.Collect the operation and management data of the 2018 and 2019 Women’s Volleyball World Club Cup,and analyze and research them.The results show that the Women’s Volleyball World Club Cup is a more representative international commercial event.The holding of the 2018 and 2019 Women’s Volleyball World Club Cup has increased China’s experience in hosting international competitions and has set a benchmark for domestic commercial volleyball events;domestic policies are important for sports.The importance of volleyball has been raised to a new height,grasping the policy dividend and accelerating the development of volleyball events;optimizing the event schedule,ensuring that the event avoids working days and holidays,ensuring the number of spectators,and increasing the revenue of the event;increasing the promotion of the event and actively building Self-media propaganda channel construction;while holding international events,pay attention to shaping brand sports events to inject vitality into the development of international events in the country;optimize human resource management,set up a mid-term evaluation mechanism,and improve the quality of event services.Hope to provide a theoretical reference for the development of domestic commercial volleyball competitions through the analysis of the operation and management of the Women’s Volleyball World Club Cup.
