It is well known that the Special post teacher plan has injected fresh blood into rural schools in China,improving the weakness of teachers in rural schools and improving the quality of compulsory education in rural areas.However,in recent years,with the continuous promotion of the Special post teacher plan,there is a continuous loss of Special post teachers.Because the identity is the key for the teachers to stick to the occupation commitment and professional norms,and it also determines the teachers' intention to stay or leave to some extent,teacher's identity should arouse more attentions of the whole society.This research adopts narrative research method and selects three representative teachers in S County,the National Poverty County of Henan Province as the objects of study.From the dimensions of "choosing Special post","experiencing Special post" and "leaving special post",it shows their stories and at the end of each stories,the author analyzes how the situation of their identities changes under the interaction of individual and environment.Through the study of them,I find out that there is a low sense of collective belonging and a vague sense of work direction in their identity construction.The dilemma of identity,which is resolved by the sense of professional value,has many reasons,such as the professional motivation is not simple,the tendency is regional attribution,and the identity is single dimension.The actions of the school are also not proper,they do not attach importance to the professional development of the Special post teachers and the management of the schools limit the space of professional promotion for the Special post teachers.There is also a gap between the social expectations of the Special post teachers and their actual economic status in terms of social environment,In addition,the rural environment has a negative impact on the marriage and child education of special teachers.Finally,based on this research,I try to put forward some suggestions to promote the identity of the Special post teacher teachers.the government should improve the salary and treatment of the Special post teachers,promote the economic status of the Special post teachers,promote rural economic development step by step and strengthen the construction of rural basic facilities;the school should increase the trainings for the Special post teachers and attach importance to the professional development of the Special post teachers,establish a special management system to broaden the channels of employment for the Special post teachers;the Special post teachers should hold open attitudes toward curture and spread urban culture and rural culture consciously,love their works put problems in perspective and improve their ability of self-reflection.
