Special post of teachers is the result of our education policy to rural areas, and aims to solve the problem of shortage of teachers in rural areas, improve the quality of rural education.In this paper, the reality of multicultural background, blending teacher identity theory and the theory of self-construction, construction of self-construction of the theoretical framework of the Rural special post teacher identity, The status of self-construction of Yunnan special post of teachers in rural identity and its influencing factors were analyzed, draw conclusions and make some of their own thinking on its impact on China’s special post teacher policies.The present paper mainly study the following three aspects:Yunnan special post of teachers in rural areas is how to recognize the identity of their own? The understanding is how come? This special post of Teacher Policy What are the implications?The present paper is consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, including the study of the origin and the significance, the demarcation of core concept, related literature review and study the theoretical construction.The second chapter is the whole process of design and research, including research questions, research methodology, research tools, research object, research ethics, research process, research and analysis and collation of data into seven parts;The third chapter is the status quo of self-constructed special post of teachers in rural Yunnan identity analysis, this chapter is based on the theoretical framework of the established literature analysis, combined with interviews, and analyzed the status quo of self-constructed special post of teachers in rural Yunnan,from three aspects,individual self-identity, interpersonal(relations) of self-identity, collective self-identity.The fourth chapter is self-construction special post of teachers in rural Yunnan factor identity analysis under the influence of diverse cultural backgrounds,the Internal and external factors were analyzed for Special post of teachers in rural areas, from the social, cultural, school culture, special post teachers themselves three levels;The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this study and reflection, in concluding remarks, based on the combination of today’s special post of teachers actually and put forward some thoughts on the policy implications of our special post of teachers...
